1 Samuel 18:5

“So David went out wherever Saul sent him, and behaved wisely. And Saul set him over the men of war, and he was accepted in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul’s servants.” 1 Samuel 18:5
Saul wanted to use David as a man of war, but in the process, David earned the respect and honor of the people. That is the type of commander we have in Jesus Christ; He conquers hearts to give us love for God and one another through the Holy Spirit. Jesus is not a man of war who commands through physical might.
“If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” 1 John 1:6-7
Those who live and govern by the mark of the beast cannot perceive the love of God, nor receive the love of Jesus Christ, nor experience the love of the Holy Spirit. They depend solely on the thing which forms what they think, feel, and do which makes war with the Spirit of Christ to synchronize a person to the mark of the beast.
“And when His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, just as Elijah did?” But He turned and rebuked them, and said, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of. For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them.” And they went to another village.” Luke 9:54-56
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
