Spiritual gifts come with saying that Jesus is Lord. “Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant:” 1 Corinthians 12:1 This chapter is to give us information on the spiritual gifts. “You know you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led.” 1 Corinthians 12:2 Without Jesus Christ, we are easily carried away by the idol which has the ability to form what we think, feel, and do, it synchronizes us to the mark of the beast. It gives fleshly gifts such as uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary skills, authority, amazing physical abilities, sensual pleasures, etc. “Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:3 The spiritual gifts come from the Spirit of God, and when we live by God’s Spirit, we never say negative things about, nor discard the need for Jesus Christ. Instead, we proclaim that Jesus is Lord because the Holy Spirit is in us.

There are different ministries but only one Lord. “There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12:4 Whatever gift we have, there is only one Holy Spirit, which means Jesus Christ will be lifted up in whatever we do. “There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.” 1 Corinthians 12:5 Whatever ministry we are involved in, Jesus Christ is the only Lord. “And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.” 1 Corinthians 12:6 With the many activities we could be involved in, when it is of God then His Spirit is in all of it to praise the name of Jesus. “But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:” 1 Corinthians 12:7 The gifts of the Holy Spirit are to be a benefit to every person, not just to a certain social network. In contrast, the fleshly gifts given to those who live by the mark of the beast are only to benefit their “democratic” society.

A mention of gifts given by the Holy Spirit. “…for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit,” 1 Corinthians 12:8 The wisdom and knowledge given to us from God is through the Holy Spirit, who Jesus gives to us after we come to Him for the remission of sin. It is not the wisdom and knowledge of this world that comes through uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition, which denies God, discards the need for Jesus Christ, and tramples on the Holy Spirit. “…to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit,” 1 Corinthians 12:9 I’ve met people whose faith has emboldened me to carry on in the name of Jesus and has brought much healing to keep my relationship with Jesus healthy. Today, the thing that has power over physiology is able to do healings if our faith is to live by the mark of the beast, but it despises Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.“…to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.” 1 Corinthians 12:10 As seen in the chart below,

The Gift Gift of Holy Spirit Power Over Physiology
MiraclesThese miracles are to point to God and bring others to Jesus ChristThese physical miracles are to blaspheme God, discard the need for Jesus Christ, and trample on the Holy Spirit.
ProphecyProphecy of the Holy Spirit comes through the Holy Scriptures and the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus Christ (Revelation 19:10). This prophecy has to do with God working in the world, and describes events centered around Jesus Christ. Its prophecy is just to let a person know that it has your earthly future in its hands. Its future has nothing to do with God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. It uses false prophecy to claim the global “democratic” society of the beast is the future of human life.
Discerning SpiritsDiscerning spirits by the Holy Spirit is to discern how a person relates to the Spirit of Jesus Christ. It also involves discerning the intents and thoughts of the heart. He enables us to discern the Christless thoughts and feelings imposed on us by the thing that has power over physiology.  “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” Hebrew 4:12-13It uses its uncanny ability to know thoughts and feelings to oppose Christianity. It brow beats any thoughts, feelings, or emotions which relates to belief in God, acknowledging a need for Jesus Christ, or embracing the Holy Spirit.
Different TonguesThe Holy Spirit gives the gifts of different tongues to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It uses its ability to speak different tongues to build the international government of the beast.
Interpreting TonguesThe Holy Spirit gives the ability to interpret tongues to enhance the body of Christ. It uses its ability to interpret tongues to benefit the “democratic” society of the mark of the beast.

God distributes gifts to individuals anyway He wants. “But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.” 1 Corinthians 12:11 Whatever the gift is that we are practicing, everyone is united in the Holy Spirit to lift up the name of Jesus. God gives those gifts to each person as He chooses. God is able to give a person a word of prophecy one day and give that same person discernment a little later or at the very same time. One person isn’t locked into one gift for an entire life because God is able to distribute those gifts to each person as He wills. The thing that has power over physiology works the same way because it imitates everything God does as it sits in the temple of God, our body, as if it is God.

All Christians are of the same Spirit making them one body. “For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12 Followers of Jesus Christ function as one body and in the same Spirit, which is the Holy Spirit. Today, the body of Christ is scattered to keep the different parts of the body away from each other. The churches no longer preach and teach the Gospel of Christ and are no longer a gathering place for fellowship in the Spirit of Christ. Even then, every Christian is functioning through the Holy Spirit making us one body in Christ. “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 12: 13 By the Spirit of Christ, every believer who comes to God through Jesus are all one body. A Christian in Florida is of the same Spirit as the Christian in California, and they are of the same Spirit of the Christians in Russia, India, North Korea, etc. A Christian in prison is of the same Spirit as the Christian who is not in prison. “For in fact the body is not one member but many.” 1 Corinthians 12:14 There are many members in the body of Christ around the world.

Our differences are what makes the body of Christ effective. “If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body,” is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling?” 1 Corinthians 12:15-17 Any follower of Jesus Christ is important within the body of Christ. We need each other to spread the Gospel of Christ. No matter what our differences are, we are important within the body of Christ to do our part to share the testimony of Jesus. “But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. And if they were all one member, where would the body be?” 1 Corinthians 12:18-19 Each one of us is in the body of Christ just as God wants us to be, if we were all the same in our function then the body of Christ would not be complete. Our differences are what makes the family of Christ effective.

Jesus Christ has a need for the humblest within His family. “But now indeed there are many members, yet one body.” 1 Corinthians 12:20 There are many different types of parts and people that make up the body of Christ. “And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 1 Corinthians 12:21 There is a need for each follower of Christ, whatever our station in life might be. “No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary.” 1 Corinthians 12:22 Those people who seem to be weak in their walk with Christ are a necessary part of the family of God. “And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty, but our presentable parts have no need.” 1 Corinthians 12:2324a. Even the Christians who have no honor in this life are very important to Jesus and to them are given greater honor for holding to the testimony of Jesus.

When one Christian suffers, we all suffer. “But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it,” 1 Corinthians 12:24 Any person who comes to God through Jesus Christ deserves the same honor as every other member of the body of Christ. In that way, those who lack honor are given greater honor to bring respect to every follower of Christ. “…that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another.” 1 Corinthians 12:25 In the Spirit of Christ there are no divisions based on who is deserving of more honor, who is more important, etc. “And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.” 1 Corinthians 12:26 When one Christian suffers affliction in the Spirit of Christ, we all do, and when one Christian is honored then the whole family is lifted up in the Spirit of Christ. Today, the thing that has power over physiology is afflicting those who live by the Spirit of Christ, and it is a sad for Christians around the world.

Desire the way of the Holy Spirit. “Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.” 1 Corinthians 12:27 We are individual members of the body of Christ, and each brings something unique through the Holy Spirit. “And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.” 1 Corinthians 12:28 Today, the churches have discarded the need for Jesus Christ, so the appointments made in the churches have been eliminated. They have partnered with the community to embrace humanism empowered by the mark of the beast. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are among the followers of Christ who are scattered throughout the community, nation, and world. “Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? ” 1 Corinthians 12:29-30 Paul shows us a more excellent way, “But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.” 1 Corinthians 12:31 The best gifts are in the Holy Spirit and the more excellent way is living in the Holy Spirit as the body of Christ.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
