Live in Holiness in this World, Christ’s Judgment is Coming

Luke 6:37-42

As followers of Jesus Christ, we want His Spirit to live in us to improve our walk in Holiness. We do not want to be judgmental nor condemning of others. Even though we live in a world dominated by those who live for the mark of beast, we want to be filled with God’s love. That doesn’t mean we engage in the community family frame of mind; in fact, we separate ourselves from the ways of the world. God’s love means we are not hostile towards them. In the Spirit of Holiness, we give to others, but not in a worldly way that causes abuse to the Spirit of Christ. Communities all around the nation, and all around the world, are being taught the ways of humanism, empowered by the mark of the beast. They are the blind leading the blind down the road to Hell. In our walk in Holiness, we know that judgment and condemnation is with Jesus Christ.

  • Do not judge nor condemn and we will be forgiven.
  • Give and Jesus promises it will return to us.
  • The blind is leading the blind into the ditch of Hell.
  • Judgment comes through Jesus in the last day.

Do not judge nor condemn and we will be forgiven. Holiness comes from a person who devotes the body to be the home of the Holy Spirit. In that Holiness, the sour attitudes that cause strife towards each other is taken away. When we judge someone with an earthly judgment, it leads to attitudes that will eventually lead to condemnation of a person. Those are judgments and attitudes that violate the Spirit of Jesus Christ. With that condemnation, the attitude of forgiveness does not exist, and we are not walking in Holiness. When our judgment tramples on the Spirit of Jesus Christ, we will be judged by Him. When our condemnation is hostile to the Holy Spirit, then we will be condemned by Jesus. When our forgiveness aligns to the teachings of Jesus and we walk in Holiness, then we will be forgiven by Christ. “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” Luke 6:37. All around me are reasons to be judgmental because one couple is living together and are not married, the one elderly lady constantly curses God, and the other two neighbors are “party animals.” To condemn them would cause the Spirit of Jesus Christ to disappear and would certainly sour the interactions from day to day. In Holiness, I have hope that one day there will be an opportunity to approach them in the name of Jesus. In that attitude, Jesus Christ is alive in me, I know I have His forgiveness, and I continue progressing in Holiness.

Give and Jesus promises it will return to us. Giving in the Spirit of Jesus Christ always brings returns to further our walk in Holiness. If we shut down the goodness of God that is in us, then we are shutting down our body as the home of the Holy Spirit. “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you give, it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38. One of my neighbors did not have an indoor antenna for her TV, and the reception was very poor. I had an indoor antenna with a 120-mile range, so I gave it to her. She didn’t ask for it and didn’t know I had one, but in passing she commented on how terrible the TV reception is around here. My first response was to shut down any notion of giving up that antenna to her, but it would have been intentionally mean-spirited to not give it to her. In the Spirit of Christ, I gave it to her and even though I wasn’t blessed by her, nor in ant material way, I felt the blessings of God to enable my walk of Holiness in the name of Jesus. As we continue to give in the Spirit of Christ, He will give much more to us through the Holy Spirit, and in the blessings of eternal life in the New Jerusalem.

The blind is leading the blind into the ditch of Hell. We live in a world where there is no belief in Divine rewards of the Holy Spirit nor in eternal life by lifting up the name of Jesus. The teachings taught to the younger generations exclude God, discards the need for Jesus Christ, and ignores the walk of Holiness that comes through the Holy Spirit. Even the preachers and teachers in the churches have discarded the teachings of Jesus Christ. The world has become blind to the reason behind the global turbulence, are blind to the coming tribulation, and are blind to the path that leads to Salvation through Jesus Christ. “And He spoke a parable to them: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch? A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher.” Luke 6:39-40. As followers of Jesus Christ, we want to continue teaching that God loves the world so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

Judgment comes through Jesus in the last day. The only way to remove seeing the worse in others is to remove the dirty lens that we are looking through. That dirty lens is removed by coming to God through Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin. From there, the Holy Spirit works to sanctify us to begin our walk of Holiness. We want to see through the eyes of Holiness. It’s easily seen that the world rejects Jesus Christ and they live for the mark of the beast. But as followers of Jesus, we are looking for an opportunity to share Him with them, we are not looking for ways to judge and condemn them. Their rejection of Christ will be judged in the last day,

“And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him;
for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.
He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—
the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.”
John 12:47-48

Followers of Jesus Christ have been judged and condemned as being haters of humanity, bigots, unloving, and pariahs of a humane and compassionate world. The judge, jury, and executioner are those who govern by the mark of the beast and those who live their lives by the mark of the beast. They are the ones who have chosen the broad way of mainstream society. There is no forgiveness within them for the people of God, but Jesus says, “And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother’s eye.” Luke 6:41-42 Every single one of us have inherited sin from the fall of Adam, one of us is no more Holy than another. It is in Jesus Christ that we are able to walk in Holiness, and that only comes when we come to Him for the forgiveness of sin. Rejection of Jesus stays with us like a bad stain, and that will be judged by Jesus. Jesus is the One who will condemn or justify in the last day.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
