Jesus reveals Himself and some see Him and others don’t. Jesus has come to this world, and the whole world stands in the presence of the Bible and the symbol of the Cross. Some people will receive the revelation of who He is because they are open to the voice of the Holy Spirit. They read the Bible and understand the message of the Cross. Others will not receive His revelation because they have hardened their hearts to the Holy Spirit. They reject the Bible and ignore the meaning of the Cross. Those with a hardened heart choose to live by the mark of the beast in the name of humanism. Jesus stands alone as the Savior of the world, and there is no other name but His by which to be saved. Jesus weeps with joy for those to whom He is revealed, and weeps with mourning for those who do not recognize Him. For those who do not recognize Him He will say, “Depart from me!” This is represented through Joseph who is a representation of Jesus Christ, “Then Joseph could not restrain himself before all those who stood by him, and he cried out, “Make everyone go out from me! So no one stood with him while Joseph made himself known to his brothers. And he wept aloud, and the Egyptians and the house of Pharaoh heard it.” Genesis 45:1-2 Jesus came first to reveal Himself to His Jewish brothers, the rest of the world stood outside, but today all those who live for Him are His brothers and sisters. His brothers and sisters live by the revelation that He is Lord and Savior.
Jesus Christ exposes our darkness in the presence of His Holiness. When Jesus began to reveal Himself to His Jewish “brothers,” they were speechless. He was saying things that were considered blasphemous, against every cultural norm, and even worthy of being stoned to death. His “brothers” tried to stone Him a few times. Jesus plainly said that He was the only way to God the Father, which completely cut off the need for the Pharisees, Sadducees, and traditional churches. They were the fathers of the Jewish nation before the coming of Jesus. It is no wonder that His “brothers” would be speechless and dismayed when Christ said the things He said. It is like when Joseph declared, “I am Joseph,” as written here, “Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am Joseph; does my father still live?” But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence.” Genesi 45:3 Also, Joseph’s brothers were harboring a dark secret; they had been responsible for throwing Joseph into a wilderness pit. They just came face to face with the only person who knew their crime, and there was nowhere to hide and nowhere to run. Like today, Jesus Christ sees the darkness of our heart and the sins we’ve committed against Him, the Holy Spirit, and God the Father. Jesus Christ is the one who exposes our darkness in the presence of His Holiness, and it serves to cleanse and sanctify us so that we also can live in Holiness. The thing that has power over thoughts and feelings exposes our shortcomings, but not for the purpose of helping us to walk in Holiness. It serves only to browbeat and humiliate a person into subjection to the mark of the beast.
Jesus wants us to draw near to Him, not for condemnation but for preservation. Jesus Christ wants us to draw near to Him, and when we do our darkness will be exposed in the presence of His Holiness. He wants us to know Him because sanctification is what He does, He is the sinless Son of God who atones for and forgives our sin. Joseph represents Jesus Christ, “And Joseph said to his brothers, “Please come near to me.” So they came near. Then he said: “I am Joseph your brother, whom you sold into Egypt.” Genesis 45:4 When we begin walking with Jesus, He doesn’t want us to be angry and grieved with past failures, He came to preserve life, not to condemn us, “But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here; for God sent me before you to preserve life.” Genesis 45:5 The thing with power over our physiology, mind, and heart wants us to be filled with regret, grief, and anger for every little failure we have ever had. It is full of judgment, condemnation, and spiritual death because we refuse to make ourselves the seat of government for the mark of the beast.
Global turbulence is prophesied about, and Jesus offers eternal Salvation. The Bible is full of prophecy about the global economic famine as well as the famine of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and His followers can talk about it, “For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10 The global turbulence is a result of rejecting Jesus Christ. Today, we are already experiencing the prohibition of spreading the seed of the testimony of Christ, and of bringing others into the family of God through Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit speaks this through Joseph, “For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting.” Genesis 45:6 The austerity will intensify as the global government of the mark of the beast continues forward. The austerity will involve global calamity and the persecution of the people of God. Jesus Christ was sent to bring Salvation to the whosoever, and a faithful few will hold to His testimony. Joseph represents Jesus, “And God sent me before you to preserve a remnant for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.” Genesis 45:7
God sent Jesus to us to make atonement for sin, and human beings had no part in that decision. Joseph represents Jesus in saying, “So now it was not you who sent me here, but God; and He has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.” Genesis 45:8 Every knee will bow, and tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. He also shows His authority over this global house called earth by the things happening in the world today that have been prophesied about. For example, global warming plays a role in the destruction of the power center of the mark of the beast (Revelation 16:8-10). It also includes the presence of the mark of the beast as spoken about in Revelation 13. And it also includes the global government which is mentioned all through the Bible and can be summarized in Revelation 17 and Daniel 8.
Come to Jesus Christ and He will give us the provisions of eternal life. God has made it clear that global warming, the global government, and the mark of the beast are a result of rejecting the atonement of sin offered through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the Son of God, Lord over all the earth and all of heaven so it’s for us to come to the Father through His Son today, and ASAP. Joseph represents Jesus as this is spoken, “Hurry and go up to my father, and say to him, ‘Thus says your son Joseph: “God has made me lord of all Egypt; come down to me, do not tarry.” Genesis 45:9 For all who come to God, through Jesus Christ, we will live eternally with Him in the New Jerusalem and among all of the children who are made righteous through Jesus, “You shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near to me, you and your children, your children’s children, your flocks and your herds, and all that you have.” Genesis 45:10 The land of “Goshen” represents being set apart from the ways of the world while we wait for Jesus to return. In the New Jerusalem, there will be water of life and a tree of life for our eternal healing, and everything we need will be there. “There I will provide for you, lest you and your household, and all that you have, come to poverty; for there are still five years of famine.”’ Genesis 45:11 On this earth, there is more severity to come, but Jesus Christ is enough for us, and He supplies through the Holy Spirit.
Jesus wants us to share all we see, to speak of His glory, and to Share His Gospel. We are seeing a lot in this world today, and that view includes what the followers of Jesus Christ are seeing in the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. The view also includes what the ravenous wolves are doing to make prey of God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the people of God. All of these things come from the mouth of God as prophecy, and the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. We must make these things known and to hurry to embrace Jesus Christ. Joseph speaks these words as a representation of Christ, “And behold, your eyes and the eyes of my brother Benjamin see that it is my mouth that speaks to you. So you shall tell my father of all my glory in Egypt, and of all that you have seen; and you shall hurry and bring my father down here.” Genesis 45:12-13 Jesus weeps mournfully on the ravenous wolves of the mark of the beast who betray Him, and He kisses and weeps tears of mercy and joy for His family. The Holy Spirit represents that here, “Then he fell on his brother Benjamin’s neck and wept, and Benjamin wept on his neck. Moreover he kissed all his brothers and wept over them, and after that his brothers talked with him.” Genesis 45:14-15
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
