“And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life.
He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.”
John 6:35
Conflict comes when we feed our soul on the Bread of the Life. When a person becomes hungry, the natural thing to do is to find something to eat, like the disciples of Jesus did, “Now it happened on a Sabbath that He went through the grainfields. And His disciples plucked the heads of grain and ate them, rubbing them in their hands.” Luke 6:1. We know how cruel the world is when there are obstacles in the way of feeding the hungry, like the Pharisees, “And some of the Pharisees said to them, “Why are you doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath?” Luke 6:2. The Scriptures are the voice of the Holy Spirit teaching us how to live for Jesus Christ. The corn, or grain, represents our devotion to living for Jesus and feeding on the Spirit of Christ, the Bread of Life. The churches are not where we find food for our soul, that food is found within us through Jesus. We are the Church of the Holy Spirit and Jesus is our minister. Unfortunately, those who govern by the mark of the beast demand that the soul of a person be the seat of government for its thoughts, emotions, and feelings. It is hostile to those who feed their soul, thoughts, feelings, and emotions with the Word of God. Already, we see the disparity of resources between those who choose the narrow gate to live for Jesus Christ, and those who choose the broad way of mainstream society. As time progresses, circumstances will worsen relating to the lack of food for those who choose to live for Jesus Christ.
Church leaders impede feeding the soul with the Bread of Life. The churches no longer feed their congregation with the Bread of Life, instead they embrace the “community family” frame of mind. They serve humanism empowered by the mark of the beast and refuse to set themselves apart for service to God through Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is who sets us apart from the ways of the world and feeds our soul. It’s obvious that there is an unwritten law against the churches feeding the person to nourish their growth as the Church of the Holy Spirit. However, as the people of God we fellowship with God through the Bread of Life, Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit prophetically reveals to us that the churches deem it unlawful to eat from the Bread of Life. King David and those with him were hungry, but knew there was show bread in the church, so he decided to walk in and have some, “But Jesus answering them said, “Have you not even read this, what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: how he went into the house of God, took and ate the showbread, and also gave some to those with him, which is not lawful for any but the priests to eat?” Luke 6:3-4
Jesus Christ is 24/7 not one day per week. Jesus Christ is the One who is the Lord of every Sunday, and the churches are not the ones who controls worship, “And He said to them, “The Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.” Luke 6:5 The churches, before the coming of Jesus Christ, were built to bring reconciliation to God through human priests. Today, Jesus Christ brings reconciliation to God by the blood He shed on the Cross for the remission of sin. He has made us His Church and He is the minister. Now, it would be unacceptable to close the door of our heart and mind six days a week to the Bread of Life, and open to the Holy Spirit only on Sundays. Today, the churches have become a byword with their Christless one day a week services and a couple hours of vain services. The true Bread of Life is with us twenty-four hours per day and seven days a week, He lives within us through the Holy Spirit.
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
