Bible not a Book of Fables for Earthly Agendas

The Bible is not a book of philosophy filled with fables to make the world a better place to create some type of earthly utopia. It is clearly written that an earthly utopia is not possible to do. There is no other purpose in the Bible except to open eyes to the sinful nature of humanity, point to Jesus Christ as the atonement for sin, and then to share in eternal life with the resurrected Savior. The Apostles were eyewitnesses and earwitnesses of God’s power in Jesus Christ. No one in this world can claim any personal interpretation to Scriptures. It is written for each individual to understand that only through Christ can anyone come to God for Salvation.

Remember the Path to Eternal Life. “Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though you know them and be established in the present truth.” 2 Peter 1:12

It’s essential to remember the Gospel message. Jesus Christ came to spread the news that God gave Him to share. Jesus gave His life on the Cross to atone for the sin for whoever believes in Him. He died and laid in a grave for three days and by God’s power He was raised from the dead to eternal life. Because He lives all Believers will live with Him for eternity. That is the immortality of the soul. It’s necessary to be established in the Gospel Truth.

God wants us to be molded into the image of Jesus to give us Godly virtue, and to gain knowledge of Jesus by reading the Bible and welcoming the presence of the Holy Spirit. That counters the anti-Christian thing which has the power to influence thoughts and feelings to form what people say and do. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people. People in every city around the world conform to the global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. Through Godly knowledge we add moderation, patience, and Godliness. Within Godliness there is kindness and charity which has nothing to do with this world wearing the fig leaf of humanism as the clothing worn by the global culture.

“Yes, I think it appropriate, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance; Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ has showed me”. 2 Peter 1:13-14

Peter knew he was about to be killed by those trying to exterminate the Christian influence. As we see 2000 years later, the attempt to kill Christianity failed. The influence of Christ still exists in this world among the faithful few. With his dying breath, Peter wanted nothing more than for the followers of Christ to remember everything about the Gospel. He knew the immortality of the soul, realizing the human body is only a temporary condition until we reach the New Jerusalem. Peter even made arrangements so that after his murder the Gospel of Christ would be remembered.

“Moreover, I will endeavour that you may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.” 1 Peter 1:15

Eyewitness that the Gospel of Christ is not a Fable. “For we have not followed cunningly devised fables,
when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ but were eyewitnesses of His majesty.” 1 Peter 1:16

Jesus Christ is returning because Jesus said that He would return. The Old Testament gives prophecies about His second coming as does the book of Revelation and the books all through the New Testament. The Holy Spirit in us testifies to the promise of the coming New Jerusalem which verifies to the return of Jesus Christ. His return is a reality as even the multiple events of this present world testifies. The global government of the beast is here, so we are within “42” months of His return, “And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.” Revelation 13:5 Daniel 8 describes the establishment of the United Nations immediately after WW2, which is founded on the thing forming what people think, feel, do, and say. Revelation 17 also describes the establishment of the global government of the beast. Global warming is here which is instrumental in destroying the seat of power of the beast, which is stated in Revelation 16:8-10

The Bible is not a book of fables, fairy tales, and myths. It is a Book about understanding the sinful nature of humanity and what can be done about it. There is no other book that even remotely compares to the Bible. It points to Jesus Christ as the atonement for sin and belief in Him makes us blameless in God’s eyes. Peter, and the other Apostles are eyewitnesses to all the miracles that Jesus has done by the power of God. Peter and the Apostles are eyewitnesses to the horrible ordeal of Christ’s crucifixion. They are also eyewitnesses to His resurrection and ascension into the heaven. By their eyewitness account, and in the power of the Holy Spirit, the Gospel of Christ spread worldwide. An absolute miracle. Jesus Christ is coming back just as the Bible says. Normal isn’t coming back, Jesus is.

There will never be a book written about the thing that has power over physiology and is able to form emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It would be the most horrid manifesto ever to read. Just read Revelation 13 to see a preview into what the contents of the manifesto would look like.

Earwitness that Jesus Christ is God’s Son. “For He received from God the Father honor and glory, when there came such a voice to Him from the excellent glory, this is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with Him in the Holy mount.” 1 Peter 1:17-18

Peter and the other Apostles heard the voice of God from heaven saying that Jesus Christ is His Son. This is nothing at all like the voice that people hear through the thing giving them what to think and feel and no one understands how it is possible. Not understanding how it is possible doesn’t stop the global population from following it though. It might be hard for us to understand a voice coming from heaven 2000 years ago, but the Apostles heard it personally! God gave Jesus Christ His full validation, validating Him as His Son and being well-pleased with Him. Jesus is the Savior of the world and through Him is the forgiveness of sin for everyone who believes.

Scripture is not for Private Interpretation.
If anyone says that they have a special interpretation of the Bible, it is false. At one time, the Masons were interesting because they were so secretive, and people would speculate on what deep secrets they held about the Bible. Whatever secret knowledge they had, it was not of God nor of His Son Jesus Christ, not Biblical, and not rooted in what the Bible is all about, which is to be the Light of the world. The Light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is to shine in the hearts of all people who believe in Jesus Christ. Nobody in this world has a private interpretation of the Bible.

All Scripture comes by the Holy Spirit whose purpose is to glorify Jesus Christ. The Scriptures are not here to validate a “global democracy” that discards Jesus Christ. The Scriptures are not here to validate the fig leaf of humanitarian efforts that discards Jesus Christ. There is only one purpose and one interpretation of Bible prophecy, and that is to bring people to God by the atonement of sin through Jesus Christ. The Bible is the Word of God given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

As we read the Scriptures, the verses will lodge into the darkest places of our heart until the day star arises in the soul. The Light of God will awaken in us by the Holy Spirt who will teach, show, and reveal the Scriptures to us. The testimony of Jesus Christ will shine through the darkest place of the global tribulation until Christ comes to call us to Him.

“We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as to a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but Holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 1 Peter 1:19-21
