Spiritual Fruit is Righteousness and Truth.
The Holy Spirit doesn’t connect with every friendly face because friendliness is not a sign of a Godly life. It is the Holy Spirit who says to beware of “wolves in sheep clothing.” In other words, beware of wolves with friendly faces. I can think of fruits of the Spirit such as peace, meekness, gentleness, love, goodness, goodwill, faith, joy, goodness, perseverance, patience, and self-control. All of those things a wolf can wear as an external appearance. Especially nowadays when the thing that has power over physiology can also form emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to mimic such qualities.
The fruit of God’s Spirit comes with His goodness, His righteousness, and His truth. The fruit of God’s Spirit is in harmony with the Gospel of Christ, to bring others to God through Jesus Christ. The fruit that the wolves are showing is to suggest that Jesus Christ is not necessary, that the Holy Spirit is nothing more than human sentiments, and it blasphemes God.
Those who live for Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit live in the Light of God. Before coming to Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sin, I used to live by the humanitarian fruits and not the fruit of the Holy Spirit. I learned all the right qualities in Boy Scouts to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. But after each meeting, ceremony, etc. those qualities were put aside so that I could live the life of “boys being boys.” What I was doing in the darkness was absolutely fruitless. Now I see, now I want to shine as a light revealing the fruit of the Holy Spirit, now I want the Spirit of Christ to live in me.
The wolves wearing the humanitarian fruit are those living by the mark of the beast. It is everything seen in this world today as they use the Boy Scout promises and pleasant emotions to promote a “global democracy” which is hostile to God. It tramples on the Holy Spirit who is the source of the Spirit’s fruit, and they discard Jesus Christ who lived His life in God’s Spirit. As a Christian, we are not to have anything to do with them. “It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.” It is certain that they are not living by the fruit of God’s goodness, righteousness, and truth that is found in Christ through the Holy Spirit.
“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.
Live as children of light
(for the fruit of the Spirit consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)
and find out what pleases the Lord.
Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather reprove them.
It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.”
Ephesians 5:8-12
The Revealing Light.
God’s Word is the Light, the Holy Spirit is the Light, and Jesus Christ is the light of the world. An enormous amount of light is given to us when we read the Bible with the Spirit of Jesus Christ. For example, a Christian knows exactly where this world is headed, what their agenda is today, and what their future agenda is. We know that they are governing this world though the mark of the beast. This present world system is reproved by the light that comes through God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Those who follow Jesus Christ speak against its unGodly intent. Added to that, a Christian has the light that enables to see the wolves in humanitarian clothing. They sound and look righteous and good, but their true intentions are far, far from the righteousness, goodness, and truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. With the light we have through the Holy Spirit we encourage everyone, “Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” One day, Jesus is going to say those words to all Believers who have already died and lay in their graves, “Wake up sleeper, rise from the dead.”
“But everything reproved are manifest by the light—
and everything that makes manifest is light.
This is why it is said:
“Wake up, sleeper,
rise from the dead,
and Christ will give you light.”
Ephesians 5:13-14
In These Evil Days Live Wisely in the Holy Spirit.
These days are evil! The population of the world are living by the mark of the beast while reciting the Boy’s Scout’s promise and wearing the friendliest of emotions. Those wolves in humanitarian clothing have kindled a fire against those who live for the Bible. They are progressing forward in their goal to establish a one world constitution that discards Jesus Christ, tramples on the Holy Spirit, and sets itself up as God. Christians are in the crosshairs of extermination even as churches everywhere have forgotten God’s Apostles, the Prophets, the Evangelists, the Pastoring, and the Teaching. As it is written, “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise,
redeeming the time because the days are evil.“
The Lord’s will for us is to be conformed into the image of Jesus Christ, and God’s grace uses us sinners to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. All that we are is through the Holy Spirit not the humanitarian spirit of this world. We have to stay away from debauchery, which is indulgence in sensual pleasures. Those sensual pleasures include every good and pleasant feeling, heightened intuition, enhanced knowledge, extraordinary skills and talents, astounding physical ability, youthfulness, etc. People receive those things through the mark of the beast. The thing that has power over physiology and is able to form emotions and thoughts gives a person sensual pleasure. It also desensitizes a person to their moral compass, to the Holy Spirit, and to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Intoxication, being under the influence of substances, leads to debauchery.
Instead of living by sensual pleasures, Christians live by the Holy Spirit. We are not wolves in humanitarian clothing, we are sinners clothed with the Holy Spirit. We want to see people come to God through Jesus Christ and to know the difference between the Holy Spirit and the sensual spirit. We want to speak to one another with a heart full of thankfulness to God for everything and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We should speak to one another with Psalms, hymns, songs from the Spirit, and to sing and make music to the Lord. Today, it can be difficult to remember those Church Hymns that were full of worship to Jesus Christ. Even when I search for them on the internet it’ not the same lyrics or the song title has been changed or I have to do several searches to find the actual song I’m looking for. These are evil times that we live in that seeks to eliminate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Stand up, stand up for Jesus! Stand in His strength alone,
The arm of flesh will fail you, ye dare not trust your own;
Put on the gospel armor, and watching unto prayer,
(Church Hymn)
“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise,
redeeming the time because the days are evil.
Therefore, do not be foolish but understand what the Lord’s will is.
Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery.
Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another
with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit.
Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,
always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Ephesians 5:15-20
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:11
