The Holy Spirt feeds the followers of Jesus Christ in the latter days. “Ask the Lord for rain in the time of the latter rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, grass in the field for everyone.” Zachariah 10:1.
The rain equates to the Water of Life, which refers to Jesus Christ. In the same way that water is essential to the life of the body, the Water Jesus gives is essential for the life of the soul. That water is the Holy Spirit.
Today, we are already experiencing attacks on the Holy Spirit in an effort to cause a drought in our soul. They want us to be dry in living for Jesus Christ and to experience a drought in our belief in God. They want to keep the human spirit dry and parched ground to build a wall against fellowship with God. By doing that, people become more receptive to welcome the thing which forms they think, feel, do, and say. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people and by what they say and do, they keep the rain of the Holy Spirit scarce in their life. They are conformed to the “democratic” global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast.
Today, we can see how parched the land is of the water of life. The churches are dry ground after throwing out the Gospel of Christ. Government lawmaking is dry ground as their policies, laws, and executive orders no longer includes the values of the Bible. The educational system is dry ground as they keep the teachings of the Bible out of the classrooms. Every sector of society is parched ground as Christianity is no longer welcomed in their “democratic” society.
We are definitely in the latter days, and Christians will still be on this earth when the intensity of the latter days increases into the future. It will be a time of severe chaos, tribulation, persecution around the world under the United Nations (global government of the beast). The only way to survive today and into the future is by receiving the latter rains of the Holy Spirit.
When it comes to the Holy Spirit, Jesus tells us to ask and we will receive, seek and we will find, to knock and it will be open. The source of the fountains of Living Water is the testimony we have in the Lord Jesus. we must reaffirm our belief in God, to continue lifting up the Gospel of Christ, and be welcoming of the Holy Spirit. In Him, there will be flashing clouds with showers of rain and life in the soul.
To ensure the Waters of Life continue to flow within us, we have to not be welcoming to the thing which forms thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. It habitually leads people to dam up the waters of the soul by denying the existence of God, discarding the need for the remission of sin through Jesus, and blaspheming the holy Spirit.
The government of the beast leads by deception. “For the idols speak delusion; The diviners envision lies, and tell false dreams; They comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep; They are in trouble because there is no shepherd. “My anger is kindled against the shepherds, And I will punish the goatherds.” Zachariah 10:2-3a.
They speak delusion. We definitely cannot depend on the thing which forms thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors to lead our soul into green pastures and still waters. It waters us with delusion and delusion is, “…a false belief or judgment about external reality, held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary.” One example of that is referring to males as females and referring to females as males when the incontrovertible evidence to the contrary is front and center. Another example includes referring to the killing of the unborn as “Reproductive Rights.” The incontrovertible evidence clearly shows that there is nothing reproductive in killing the unborn. I’m sure you can think of many more examples of delusions spoken to us by those shepherding us.
They envision lies and tell false dreams. We are constantly being told visions of lies and false dreams. The promotion of a global culture in the name of creating an earthly utopia is a whole bunch of false dreams and lying visions. They use a ton of churchy and humanitarian sounding words to get people to allow the image of the beast to live and speak through them by the thing which gives them what to say, do, think, and feel. The global culture is built on that in every city around the world and the United Nations derive their power and authority from those masses.
Today, the lying visions and false dreams of the United Nations are already running into some stark realities. They are already battling global warming which is progressing side by side with the goals of the global government. In its intensity, global warming is the Fourth Plague as mentioned in Revelation 16:8-9. As a result, the power source of the government of the beast falls apart as mentioned in Revelation 16:10-11 as the Fifth Plague. As a result of that, the Battle of Armageddon comes as the Sixth Plague. Jesus Christ is the only One we can trust for answers because He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
They comfort in vain. Those who live and govern by the thing forming thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors comfort in vain. They use a lot of churchy and humanitarian sounding words to say that everything wrong in this world will be made better. However, they disregard God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit who can really make things better. This world’s useless comforts are seen as after every mass shooting, they say they will do better to fix it. However, we know nothing will be done until they get their way to eliminate gun ownership and to nullify the Second Amendment. Human life means nothing to them in reaching the global goals, which goes along with their false dreams of building their earthly utopia.
There is no shepherd to lead people into green pastures and by still waters. The people of the world have no shepherd to show them the way and they find themselves in many types of trouble. For example, the migrants are coming in unbelievable numbers to the US/Mexico border and the same for other borders around the globe. Once they get to what they think will be a better place, they find themselves once again stranded in a country they cannot call home. They have no shepherd to lead them into green pastures and by still waters.
We all know the trouble resulting from the enormous influx of migrants. Why can’t the gospel of Christ be brought to them at the border, at the detention camps, and in the cities where they are? Because the Gospel of Christ is being struck down. We live in a world where the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, is pushed into obscurity to be out of sight and out of mind. In our own country there is a ton of problems, but the people are without a shepherd because the existence of God is denied, the need for Jesus Christ is discarded, and the Holy Spirit is mocked.
Retribution is coming against those who lead the people astray. God promises that retribution is coming against those who should be sharing the Gospel of Christ but are not. That specifically refers to the churches of today who are supposed to be a light to the world shining forth with the testimony of Jesus. Instead, they have discarded the Gospel and have joined in partnership with the community-family frame-of-mind. They are supposed to be set apart from the ways of the world and dedicated to the mission of letting people know God loves them, He sent His son Jesus Christ, and whoever believes in Him will be saved and will not perish. The churches have become a center of bringing people to the thing which forms what they think, feel, do, and say instead of bringing people to Jesus.
Jesus Christ equips us for the spiritual battle in this life.
Jesus Christ makes His followers valiant in the spiritual battle. “For the Lord of hosts will visit His flock, the house of Judah, and will make them as His royal horse in the battle.” Zachariah 10:3b.
The Lord of Hosts has visited His flock, and His flock is no longer just referring to the Jewish people. Those who come to God through Jesus Christ are now considered His flock. God visited the Jewish people by sending Jesus Christ, but they rejected Him and had Him killed. It was then that the testimony of Christ was turned to everyone outside the Jewish people to be His flock. We are not of the Jerusalem on this earth, but we are of the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and new earth.
Jesus Christ makes us valiant in the fight against spiritual wickedness, which is not a battle against flesh and blood, “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” Ephesians 6:12. The Holy Spirit tells us to put on the whole armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6: 10-20. That armor includes the truth of Jesus Christ, assurance of Salvation, righteousness, faith, peace, the word of God, and prayer.
“From him comes the cornerstone, from him the tent peg, from him the battle bow, from him every ruler together.” Zachariah 10:4
Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of sound building construction. The cornerstone is a huge block of stone that was placed on the ground in what would be the corner of the building. The whole building would be built by aligning to the cornerstone. The material for the width of the building would be squared to the cornerstone, and so would the material for the length of the building. That would cause the whole building to be properly squared from width to length to height and causing the roof to fit properly. Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone to keep our soul squared and properly fit together with God through the Holy Spirit.
The photo below is a picture of a chief cornerstone. You can see how the blocks forming the length and width align to it, and the blocks setting on top also align to the chief cornerstone. That one cornerstone squares the whole building., especially 2000 years ago when Jesus Christ walked the earth.

Today, the United Nations (Global government of the beast) is trying to build a global culture without the chief cornerstone, Jesus Christ. What they are doing doesn’t square with all of the humanitarian and churchy sounding words they use to build their global “democratic” society. It’s the same as not being able to square the killing of the unborn with the phrase they use to condone it, “Reproductive Rights.” It’s the same as not being able to square calling a person a woman who has a male part or calling a person a man who has a female part. The use of their words such as human dignity, love, support, self-esteem, etc. doesn’t square with how they call the followers of Christ hateful, unloving, and the enemies of humanity. Their righteous image doesn’t square with their denial of the existence of God, their disregard for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and their hostility of the Holy Spirit.
What the masses of this world squares with is the thing forming what they think, say, do, and feel. It enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people and by that they are considered squared with the global culture. They are conformed to their place within the “democratic” society as they are groomed to the mark of the beast.
In Matthew 7:24-26, Jesus tells the parable of the wise who build their home on the rock and the foolish who build their home on the sand.
The Holy Spirit has a word for the Jewish people and everyone else who rejects Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone, as quoted below,
…let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel,
that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.
This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Acts 4:10-12
Jesus Christ is the tent peg which anchors our soul. In the Old Testament, the Israelites didn’t have a city to call their own, so they lived in tents. To refer to God as a tent peg means He secures us in place as shelter from the storms and other external elements. Today, Jesus Christ is that tent peg who is the anchor of our soul, as quoted, “This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, Hebrews 6:19. The hope we have is for our home in the eternal New Jerusalem within the new heaven and new earth. The Presence behind the veil is the Holy Spirit within our soul, and He is the guarantee and downpayment of eternal life.
Anyone living for Jesus Christ knows the storms are blowing against us and it is only the Lord Jesus Christ who keeps us anchored. We live in a world where people in every city around the globe ridicule belief in God, are hostile towards the need for the remission of sin through Jesus and scrutinize the presence of the Holy Spirit. It’s a global ritual coordinated by the thing which forms what people say, do, feel, and think. They live for the global culture of the beast.
Jesus Christ is the word of God and giver of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the battle bow given to those who live for Him. The battle bow was made especially strong and required strength to pull it back to launch arrows. It was different from a bow used for hunting or target practice. In that light, Jesus Christ is that strong bow used for launching arrows. What arrows are we shooting in the strength of Jesus through the Holy Spirit? Very simply, the arrows coming from the Strong Bow is the word of God, the Holy Scriptures, the Gospel of Christ.
Jesus Christ is the source to bring nations together. From Jesus Christ comes the unity of every leader, and through Him is the only answer for peace. Today, the unity in Jesus Christ is substituted by the promise of false peace, security, and unification. The United Nations is attempting to unify leaders around the world through their global goals. In fact, the United Nations was formed immediately after WW2 with the premise of preventing any future wars. Unfortunately, we now see it as the global government of the beast as described in Daniel 8. Instead of relying on God through Jesus Christ, they rely on the thing with power over physiology to form thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. It detests belief in God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
“Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.” 1 Peter 2:17
The followers of Jesus Christ are soldiers of the Cross. “They shall be like mighty men, who tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle. They shall fight because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be put to shame.” Zachariah 10:5
Christians are like victorious mighty people. “They shall be like mighty men, who tread down their enemies…”The followers of Jesus Christ are like mighty people who have victory over their enemies. That’s because our flesh has been crucified with Christ and now we live in Him, “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20
Living in the flesh is not just sexual immorality, adultery, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like. Nowadays, those sins can be very deadly within a treacherous world where Satan goes around looking for someone to devour. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are doing good not to make it our lifestyle to live by those sins. We claim victory in the name of Jesus.
Today, a huge part of our spiritual victory is to overcome the sin committed by the Pharisees. The Pharisees might have avoided the sins mentioned in the previous paragraph, but neither were they living for Jesus Christ. By outward appearances they were clean, but in the spirit, they were filthy and dead to God. Jesus called them whitewashed graves. They were sinners in need of being born again by the Spirit of God through Jesus Christ.
“Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
“Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
John 3:5-6, 10-12
People living by a lot of external whitewash are those known to have an appearance of Godliness but denying the power. They are those who live by the thing forming their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors and rely on it to make them righteous in the eyes of others. That is called living for social approval and seeking the praise of people over the praise of God. The thing forming thoughts and feelings enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people. However righteous and clean it feels, it is sin because it denies the existence of God, doesn’t feel a need for the remission of sin through Jesus, and is hostile to the Holy Spirit. It conforms people to the anti-Christian society as they are groomed to the mark of the beast.
As followers of Christ, we are like valiant soldiers as soldiers of the Cross because we refuse to welcome the thing which forms thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. On top of that, we do not adopt habitual lifestyles like those mentioned in Galatians 5:16-26.
Christians have victory in soft and difficult situations. “…who tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle.” As followers of Christ, we have victory in the mire of the streets. On the streets of this world, the Holy Spirit is confused with soft emotions, “being all wet,” filled with “leakage” etc. They want t0 use what they perceive as “wetness” to turn it into mire, which is to corrupt the Holy Spirit within a person. They want to turn the soul into a swamp instead of beautiful spiritual territory. They want to bog us down in mire to prohibit the freedom in the Spirit. Even so, as Christians, we don’t live by corrupted moisture, we live in Jesus Chrost, we have victory in the mire of the streets.
The word “angel” conjures up images of beings with halos and two wings, but there are no angels in the Bible with that description. It’s the same misconception people have of the Holy Spirit being soft, moist, and wet emotional qualities. When someone is asked what an angel is, they describe the attributes of humanism with all the soft, moist, tender, and wet qualities they can think of. They love to use the words, love, support, dignity, kindness, family, democratic, etc. to promote the global culture of the beast. That is mire they try to bog decent individuals down with. For example, today there is a lot of churchy and humanitarian sounding words to promote the killing of the unborn, and to promote the LGBQT+ lifestyles. They are trying to bog down in mire the Holy Spirit. That mire is seen in calling abortion “Reproductive Rights” and associating the LGBQT+ agenda with the “Respect for Marriage Act.” etc.
As followers of Jesus Christ, we have victory in the streets of mire because Jesus gives us the Holy Spirit, not corruptible emotions that get bogged down in the quagmire.
When people show qualities of the Holy Spirit, they are often called “gay” or harassed, insulted, and ridiculed in other ways. They want to turn the Spirit into mire. They use soft and tender emotions to shape and mold people into something corrupted and not of Jesus Christ. Even so, as followers of Jesus Christ, we live in the Holy Spirit not in the corruptible mire of soft and tender emotional qualities. We live in the steadfastness of Holiness through Christ, not in emotional qualities as changeable as the flow of water. We have victory in the mire of the streets through the Lord Jesus Christ.
The thing which forms what people think, feel, do and say thrives on shaping pleasant emotions into something corruptible. In other words, it corrupts innocence. Its purpose is to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through people which only happens when the decency of the human spirit is bogged down in mire. It wants to sever people from the Holiness given through Jesus Christ. As people allow it to live and speak through them, they are plunged into mire as they deny the existence of God, discard the need for the remission of sin through Jesus, and are hostile towards the Holy Spirit. They are conformed to their place within the anti-Christian society as they are groomed to the mark of the beast. Even so, praise God that we have victory in the streets of mire through Jesus Christ our Lord.
We fight in the Holiness of the Lord to defeat worldly attacks. “They shall fight because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be put to shame.” Very simply, we fight the battle against the quagmire of spiritual wickedness because God is with us through Jesus Christ who gives us the Holy Spirit. On the Day of the Lord, the masses of people who live for the global culture of the beast will be put to shame. Jesus Christ returns in victory as King of kings and Lord of lords.
Jesus Christ redeems us and calls us home into the New Jerusalem. “I will strengthen the house of Judah, And I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back, Because I have mercy on them. They shall be as though I had not cast them aside; For I am the Lord their God, And I will hear them. Those of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, And their heart shall rejoice as if with wine. Yes, their children shall see it and be glad; Their heart shall rejoice in the Lord. I will whistle for them and gather them, For I will redeem them; And they shall increase as they once increased.” Zachariah 10:6-8
Zachariah was definitely well versed in the Scriptures available to him at that time. Being a Prophet, he was the one everyone looked to as someone bringing the word of God to them. He knew Joseph was a captive of the Egyptians after being betrayed by his brothers. The house of Joseph included his two sons, although Zachariah only mentions the one, Ephraim. That is because the younger son, Ephraim, received the blessing of his older brother, which is very meaningful to us today. The promise of God spoken through Zachriah is that they would all be redeemed.
Zachariah was led by the Spirit of God in what was brought out in the verse above. For example, the younger son receiving the blessing of the older son refers to Christianity receiving the honorable seat of the Jewish nation in the eyes of God. That’s because the Jewish nation dishonored their seat by rejecting Jesus Christ and are the ones responsible for killing Him. The blessings once intended for the first-born Jewish nation are now given to the youngest born Christianity. Also, as non-Jews, we were always excluded from the family of God because the Jewish people held exclusive rights to God. We were held captive to sin with no mercy. God promised that through Jesus Christ He would have mercy on us and reconcile us to Him. We are redeemed as though never been cast aside. We are the house of Judah because we live for Jesus Christ who is from the Tribe of Judah.
We who are of Jesus Christ are like valiant people in the fight against spiritual wickedness. We uphold belief in God, acknowledge the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and embrace the Holy Spirit. We rejoice in the Lord and rejoice in the promise of our eternal home in the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth. The Lord will whistle, and we will all be gathered into the Paradise of God where we will live in our newly redeemed eternal body. We will experience increase in the Paradise of God.
O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
Psalms 107:1-3
Jesus Christ makes His followers overcomers of spiritual wickedness.
Followers of Jesus Christ are around the world. “I will sow them among the peoples, and they shall remember Me in far countries; They shall live, together with their children, and they shall return. ” Zachariah 10:9 We followers of Jesus Christ have been sown among the people in every city around the world. Although the Jewish nation and their families were brought to the newly formed State of Israel in 1948, it will be those who accept Jesus Christ who will be gathered into the New Jerusalem with the family of God born through Jesus.
Followers of Jesus Christ will be gathered into the New Jerusalem. “I will also bring them back from the land of Egypt, and gather them from Assyria. I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon, until no more room is found for them.” Zachariah 10:10 The eternal New Jerusalem will be crammed full of those who came to God through Jesus Christ and lived their life through the Holy Spirit. We have been set free from slavery to sin and now live for the Lord Jesus. Praise God the younger child of Christianity has received the blessings once meant for the Jewish people. Today, the Israelis have nothing to look forward to beyond their crammed full territory plagued with divisions, conflict, and violence. There is still hope for any person to be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, including any Jewish person.
Followers of Jesus Christ live through enormous tribulation. He shall pass through the sea with affliction, and strike the waves of the sea:” Zachariah 10:11a. Today, as followers of Jesus Christ, we face affliction of every type for simply believing in God and lifting up the name of Jesus. Through the Holy Spirit, we “strike the waves of the sea” and in our soul there is peace within the struggles. In the days to come, the tribulation in the world will increase and those faithful to Jesus will be living through the madness with the comfort of the Holy Spirit alive in their soul. Unfortunately, as we see today, there is no peace for Israel on this earth and there is no peace for the Israelis in the afterlife. Thank God that through Jesus Christ we have inherited the eternal blessings once meant for Israel.
The Battle of Armageddon destroys this present world’s system. All the depths of the River shall dry up. Then the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the scepter of Egypt shall depart.“ Zachariah 10: 11b. That is a description of the Battle of Armageddon, as described below,
Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.
And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, [h]Armageddon.
Revelation 16:12, 16
Followers of Jesus Christ have their strength in the Lord Jesus Christ. So I will strengthen them in the Lord, and they shall walk up and down in His name,” Says the Lord.” Zachariah 10:12
The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him.The Lord is their strength, and He is the saving refuge of His anointed. Save Your people, and bless Your inheritance; Shepherd them also, and bear them up forever.
Psalms 28:7-9
“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,“
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
“I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25, 3:1
