When Clams Keep Their Pearl

Matthew 7:1-6

“Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.”

There are a couple things I’ve come to learn over time, number one is not to criticize others and number two is not to try to share tidbits of wisdom with anyone. Some people do not take criticism well at all. In return for the criticism, they lash out with some firm hostilities and sometimes reprimands. Especially at work the reprimands come when someone in authority is criticized. I don’t even think about criticizing someone in public. If a fellow shopper swipes instead of inserting a credit card and I point out the error, it’s always a risk of how harsh the response will be. I’ve learned that others are not enthused about my pearls of wisdom, no matter how helpful it might be. The human robots do not need to be told anything from someone outside their social network. They depend solely on the internal government of the mark of the beast. That explains why the Word of God is obsolete in their society of human robots. So, if I’m not going to criticize or share wisdom with them, I’m certainly mindful to be much more respectful to others who hold to the testimony of Jesus Christ.

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.” Matthew 7:1-6
