The sword within the private chambers causes devastation to Israel, the followers of Jesus, and ultimately the whole world.

Ezekiel 21

“It is the sword that slays,
the sword that slays the great men,
that enters their private chambers.”
Ezekiel 21:14

This verse is key to this chapter of Ezekiel. It refers to the entity that has entered within the private chambers of our thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. Many prominent people have been brought to their knees by the power it has over what they feel and think. The sword that has entered into the private chambers is against Israel, the followers of Jesus, and Jesus Christ Himself.

  • Righteous and wicked are cut off from the land of Israel.
  • God’s sword is against all flesh from south to north.
  • God’s sword will not return to the sheath.

  • The coming news makes every heart melt, hands feeble, every spirit faint, and knees weak.
  • The devastating news is brought to pass.
• The sword comes against the governors of Israel, the people of God, and Jesus Christ.
  • A sword is sharpened and polished.
  • A dreadful slaughter is coming which despises the authority of Jesus Christ.
  • The sword is ready to be given into the hand of the slayer.
  • The sword comes against the people of God and the governors of Israel.
  • A severe testing is coming where Jesus Christ will be extinguished from the world.
• The internal sword works through militant-like orders.
  • The sword is within and slays great men.
  • The sword is against the internal and external gates.
  • The sword acts according to militant-like orders from within.
• The “Y” in the road: The world government decides to come against Israel.
  • The world government has a decision to make at the Y in the road.
  • The world government consults its god to decide which road to go down.
  • The world government decides to come against Israel.
  • The Israeli citizens cannot believe that the world government comes against them.
  • Israel’s sin against the will of God brings His wrath.
• Israel is overthrown and remains that way until the return of Jesus Christ.
  • God speaks a word against the governor of the State of Israel.
  • The State of Israel is overthrown to the day of the return of Jesus Christ.
• Judgment comes against the lawless ones of the world.
  • God speaks a word against the archenemy of Israel and the lawless ones.
  • A sword of slaughter comes to the lawless ones.
  • The lawless ones believe false visions and untrue messages.
  • The lawless ones are told to put their sword back in the sheath as judgment comes against them.
  • God’s wrath comes against the lawless ones by delivering them to the brutal and skillful at destruction.
  • The lawless ones will be slaughtered and never remembered.

God cuts off the righteous and wicked from the land of Israel.
Proclamation against the Holy Places in the land of Israel. “And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Son of man, set your face toward Jerusalem, proclaim against the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel;” Ezekiel 21:1-2

The word of God has come to Ezekiel for him to make a proclamation against Jerusalem, the Holy places, and all the land of Israel. Jerusalem represents the capital of the soul (the temple of God) where God sits within us to make us the temple of the Holy Spirit. That is the Holy Place. By living for Jesus Christ, we receive the Holy Spirit, but the Jewish people reject Jesus and are not living in His Spirit.

The Israeli citizens are spiritually corrupted, and a prophecy comes against the land of Israel. Israel has the most liberal abortion rights laws in the world, they embrace the LGBQT+ lifestyles, and they protest against the government of Israel demanding conformity to the will of the goals of the global government. As we know, the global culture despises God, rejects Jesus Christ, and oppresses the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Also, the Holy place of the soul has become corrupted worldwide, so a prophecy is spoken against that place. The temple of God, our body, has been corrupted by the one ” …who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” Click here for a post on the “man of sin”. This happens because of the entity that sits within thoughts and feelings to influence what people say and do. This entity enlivens the image of the beast to live and speak through people as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

Today, the earthly Jerusalem really has become corrupted in that the Holy places are no longer what they once were. For example, the Temple Mount is where the temple that Solomon built exists. However, now it is situated in East Jerusalem, within the West Bank, and is under the control of the Palestinian Muslims. In fact, they call the temple of Solomon the Al-Aqsa Mosque. West Jerusalem is within Israel. Today, under the proposed “Two-State Solution”, East Jerusalem will become the capital of the Palestine State and West Jerusalem will be the capital of the State of Israel.

The Jewish churches are corrupted because they have tossed out the Gospel of Christ from the Bible and have turned from the will of God for them to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord.

The churches of today are corrupted because they have discarded the gospel of Jesus Christ. We should hear from the Holy places that “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Righteous and wicked are cut off from the land of Israel. “…and say to the land of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Behold, I am against you, and I will draw My sword out of its sheath and cut off both righteous and wicked from you.” Ezekiel 21:3

When Jesus Christ came 2000 years ago, He cut off the righteous from the Jewish people. The righteous were considered to be the Jewish leaders, such as the Pharisees. Jesus let everyone know that their righteousness was filthy compared to the righteousness of God. All 39 verses of Matthew 23 make that clear. Along with cutting off the righteous, Jesus also cut off the spiritually wicked.

Today, it is more than clear that God has brought His sword against the land of Israel. Their righteous have been cut off because they reject the righteousness of God brought to them through Jesus Christ. They live with a Bible without the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The wicked are being cut off in the sense that God has no intention for the Israelis to use military and police violence, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” Zachariah 4:6

The government of Israel are suffering the consequences of using force to exert their will. When both the righteous and the wicked are cut off, this describes a world culture similar to human robots that have no sin, no righteousness, no wickedness, and no soul.

Today, there is an entity that operates within the secret chambers of thoughts and feelings which gives people what to say and do. This entity replaces the human conscience and spirit and the righteousness found in Jesus Christ has been cut off. This entity enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people in every city around the world. By what they say and do, they come against wickedness of all types to create a world of peace, stability, and harmony. Righteousness and wickedness are being cut off, by giving people what to say and do, which creates a global culture without a soul. They are like human robots who have no sin, no righteousness, and no wickedness. They are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

“…that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers.” 1 Peter 4:6-7

As human beings, God judges us according to the flesh so that we can live according to the Spirit. We know the end of all things is at hand when the fleshly human being has been turned into something unnatural and the spirit and soul is discarded. These are the days to be serious in living for God through Jesus Christ, and to be watchful in our prayers.

God’s sword is against all flesh from south to north. “Because I will cut off both righteous and wicked from you, therefore My sword shall go out of its sheath against all flesh from south to north,” Ezekiel 21:4

When it comes to the State of Israel, the Lord is going to draw out His sword against all flesh from the south to the north. Here, the flesh refers to the whole Israeli population. Their righteousness has been cut off because they have rejected Jesus Christ who brought to them the righteousness of God. Although the wicked are cut off from them, it doesn’t make their soul and spirit right with God. For example, the earthly judicial system can be tough on crime, lock up, and execute the wicked, but they are still far from the will of God for them to live for Jesus Christ.

In the coming days, many of whom this world system locks up and executes will be the followers of Jesus Christ. Jesus has said this to all of us, “For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 5:20

Today, the sword of God comes against all the inhabitants of earth from the south to the north. The world government has led its global culture to serve the entity of their private chambers that gives them what to think, feel, do, and say, “All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Revelation 13:8 The “him” in this verse refers to the beast associated with the image and mark of the beast.

The global culture has had the righteousness of God cut off from them along with the wicked. They rely on their own human efforts to eradicate sin, wickedness, and violence from this world. They rely on the artificial and non-spiritual entity to eliminate sin instead of relying on the righteousness of Jesus Christ. This entity shapes what people do, say, feel, and think. In fact, humanism is the fig leaf worn by those who serve this entity, humanism is “...an outlook or system of thought attaching prime importance to human rather than divine or supernatural matters. Humanist beliefs stress the potential value and goodness of human beings, emphasize common human needs, and seek solely rational ways of solving human problems.”

God’s sword will not return to the sheath. “…that all flesh may know that I, the Lord, have drawn My sword out of its sheath; it shall not return anymore.”’ Ezekiel 21:5

Once God begins His judgments against the State of Israel, the global culture, and the Jewish people everywhere, there is no turning back. The sword will not return to the sheath until the Day of the Lord is completed and Jesus Christ returns. This present heaven and earth will pass away and a new heaven and earth comes where the New Jerusalem exists.

A world without righteousness, that boasts of a culture free of wickedness, will not stand without living for the Spirit of God through Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27

The coming news is devasting to Israel.
Sighing with a breaking heart and bitterness. “Sigh therefore, son of man, with a breaking heart, and sigh with bitterness before their eyes.” Ezekiel 21:6

Ezekiel lived in the will of God among the rebellion of the Israelites. God caused Ezekiel to sigh with bitterness and a breaking heart before their eyes. His sorrow was from seeing how the Israelites had completely turned from God and abandoned the Ten Commandments. Today, there are Jewish people who have come to believe in Jesus Christ as their Messiah. When they see the spiritual corruption of the Israelis, within the State of Israel, they sigh with bitterness and a broken heart.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we see how the people of the community have completely abandoned God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. The churches have abandoned the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Government lawmakers no longer integrate the values of the Bible in their laws and policies. The educational system has tossed out the teaching of the Bible from the classrooms. Every sector of society has no welcome for Christianity. As Christians, we sigh with bitterness and a broken heart.

The coming news makes every heart melt, hands feeble, every spirit faint, and knees weak. “And it shall be when they say to you, ‘Why are you sighing?’ that you shall answer, ‘Because of the news; when it comes, every heart will melt, all hands will be feeble, every spirit will faint, and all knees will be weak as water.” Ezekiel 21:7a.

Ezekiel knew that the news God gave to him would happen, and when it happened it would devastate the Jewish people. The heart of each Israelite would melt, their hands would be too weak to do anything to save themselves, their spirit would be faint, and they would not have the knees to support their own weight.

Today, God has given to us the news concerning Israel, and it is coming upon them. The news is that Israel would be destroyed. This is only the year 2024, and we are seeing devastation being brought against the State of Israel. Since the Jewish State was established in 1948, the Israelis have been in 18 wars, and even a war in that year, Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. That would definitely devastate the Israelis and the Jewish people around the world. Their heart would melt in the face of such forceful opposition against them. There is nothing they can do to stop the wrath coming against them, their hands are feeble. They are definitely being dispirited and they are barely able to stand as a Jewish nation, their knees are weak.

As if the constant wars are not enough to weaken Israel, then knowing the world powers have turned against them would be. With that, the global culture protests against the government of the State of Isarael for not conforming to the will of the members of the United Nations.

This is only 2024 and we are already seeing the weakening of Israel. As the days progress forward, it will be next to impossible for Isarael to be heartened, to be strong enough to do something to save themselves, to be spirited, and to stand as a Jewish nation. Their destruction comes from the sword within the private chambers, “It is the sword that slays, the sword that slays the great men, that enters their private chambers.” Ezekiel 21:14

The sword is the entity that enters into the private chambers of thoughts, feelings, words and behaviors. Its purpose is to dishearten belief in God, to make us feeble in serving Jesus Christ, to make the Holy Spirit faint in us, and to make it difficult to walk with God in the name of Jesus. This sword of the private chambers enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

The devastating news is brought to pass. “Behold, it is coming and shall be brought to pass,’ says the Lord God.” Ezekiel 21:7b.

We know the news of the prophecy of the Bible is coming to pass for all the world to see. This news is not just the wrath of God against Israel, but the fury of God coming upon the whole world.

1. The global government of the beast is here and was established immediately after WW2 by the name of the United Nations, as described in Daniel 8 and also Revelation 17.
2. Global warming is here and is the Fourth Plague described in Revelation 16:8-9. Global warming is walking hand-in-hand with United Nations. The stronger the United Nations becomes as the one world government the stronger and more intense global warming becomes. Also, global warming is instrumental in bringing the collapse of the power center of the beast in the Fifth Plague. The collapse of the power center renders the government of the beast and its global culture powerless. That powerlessness gives rise to the Battle of Armageddon in the Sixth Plague. The Day of the Lord then arrives and the return of Jesus Christ.
3. The entity of Revelation 13 is in the world today. The entity that gives people what to think, feel, say, and do enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people in every city around the world. The global culture is groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. This entity is destroyed as described in the Fifth Plague when the power center of the beast is destroyed. As of today, “…it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Revelation 13:7-8 The ‘him: in this verse refers to the beast associated with the image and mark of the beast.

While we already see the appearance of the events mentioned above, the complete wrath of God is coming through the events of the Seven Trumpets of Revelation 8, 9, and 11, and the Seven Plagues of Revelation 16.

The sword comes against the governors of Israel, the people of God, and Jesus Christ.
A sword is sharpened and polished. “Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Son of man, prophesy and say, ‘Thus says the Lord!’ Say: ‘A sword, a sword is sharpened and also polished!” Ezekiel 21:8-9.

The sword being sharpened and polished is referred to as that of the king of Babylon, “And son of man, appoint for yourself two ways for the sword of the king of Babylon to go…” God brings the wrath of His judgment against Israel through the hand of a powerful and dominant government. Babylon was much like the world government of that day. The phrase, “...a sword sharpened and polished!” means that the wrath of God was about to be unleashed on the Israelites through the king of Babylon.

Today, the government of the beast has a sharpened and polished sword situated within the private chambers of people in every city around the world. It is the source of the tribulation of the people of the world. It sits within thoughts and feelings to influence what those of the global culture say and do. This entity leads people to deny God, discard the need for Jesus Christ, and to oppress the presence of the Holy Spirit. This is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on the “man of sin”. We already see the sharpened and polished sword coming against Israel, and what we see happening to the State of Israel is going to spill over into every city around the world. “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 As followers of Jesus Christ, we are to share the message that the fury of God is coming to this world, our proclamation is this, “A sword, a sword is sharpened and also polished!” The Good News is this, “For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

A dreadful slaughter is coming which despises the authority of Jesus Christ. “Sharpened to make a dreadful slaughter, polished to flash like lightning! Should we then make mirth? It despises the scepter of My son, as it does all wood.” Ezekiel 21:10.

In the days of Ezekiel, God’s son was thought of as being the Israelites as His first born, and the scepter of the Israelites was the standard of the word of God they lifted up. However, the Israelites were so rebellious against God that there wouldn’t be any soothing or comfort when the sword of the king of Babylon came against them.

Today, we know the Son of God is Jesus Christ and His scepter is the standard of the New Covenant He lifted up, as described here, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Today, to “...despise the scepter of My son…” refers to the disregard given to God’s Son, Jesus Christ. To “…make mirth…” refers to bringing soothing and comfort. The tribulation coming to this world is a result of the global culture that despises God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. There will be no soothing nor comfort for those who see the Godhead as one would look at a piece of wood.

The sword is sharpened to make a dreadful slaughter, polished to flash like lightening. The Day of the Lord is coming, and before that day, the events of the Seven Trumpets in Revelation 8, 9. 11 and of the Seven Plagues will be unleashed on this earth. “Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.” Revelation 19:17-18

The State of Israel despises Jesus Christ as does the global culture. The Holy Spirit puts the Jewish people, sinners, and the worldly government in the same category, “For truly against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose determined before to be done.” Acts 4:27-28

The sword is ready to be given into the hand of the slayer. “And He has given it to be polished, that it may be handled; This sword is sharpened, and it is polished to be given into the hand of the slayer.’” Ezekiel 21:11

God has prepared His fury to be unleashed and has given the sword of His wrath into the hand of the slayer. The slayer was the king of Babylon at that time and is the world government of the beast today. The temple of God (our body as the home of the Holy Spirit) has been destroyed and tribulation arises on this earth by the hand of the slayer.

God destroys those who destroys His temple, “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 The destruction comes to Israel, the world government and its global culture.

The global turbulence in the world is a result of the Holy Spirit being taken out this world. The rejection of Jesus Christ prohibits the infilling of the Holy Spirit, but receiving Jesus is synonymous with receiving the Holy Spirit, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit. And he said to them, “Into what then were you baptized?” Acts 19:2-3

The Holy Spirit is who restrains lawlessness. “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8

The sword that enters into the private chambers is the entity that governs through what people say, do, think, and feel. This entity replaces the human spirit and conscience and hardens people against the Holy Spirit. This is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on the “man of sin”.

We are created to be the home of the Holy Spirit. The one who destroys the temple God will be destroyed.

The sword comes against the people of God and the governors of Israel. “Cry and wail, son of man; For it will be against My people, Against all the princes of Israel. Terrors including the sword will be against My people; Therefore strike your thigh.” Ezekiel 21:12

God had Ezekiel to cry and wail because the terrors of the sword would be against the Israelites (His people) and all of the governors of Israel. Today, the sword coming against the Jewish people and their leaders includes the Israelis, and all the governors of the State of Israel.

The Jewish people despised Jesus Christ 2000 years ago and rejected Him as their Messiah. They rejected the Son of God although they claimed to be serving God. For that reason, the “sons of the Kingdom” are cast into outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. “…the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Matthew 8:12

When the Jewish people rejected Jesus Christ, they exalted their own culture above the will of God. They wanted to be a Jewish nation and despised the thought of being Christian. For that reason, God gathered them to their own Jewish nation within the State of Israel in 1948 as the place where He would spend the wrath of His fury on them. “Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Because you have all become dross, therefore behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. As men gather silver, bronze, iron, lead, and tin into the midst of a furnace, to blow fire on it, to melt it; so I will gather you in My anger and in My fury, and I will leave you there and melt you. ” Ezekiel 22:19-20

Bringing the rebellious Jewish people to Israel was for the sake of God’s Holy name, not for the sake of the Jewish people, “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went.” Ezekiel 36:22

The Jewish people are meant to be Christian. If they were Christian, the State of Israel would not exist because as Christians we do not have a nation to call our own on this earth. Our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth, which comes by living for God through Jesus Christ.

Because the State of Israel does exist, the sword is coming against them with terror. In Isaiah 8:11-15, God warned the Jewish people not to think that belief in Jesus Christ was a conspiracy against the Jewish culture. He came to save not to destroy. They were cautioned not to be afraid of the threats of the Pharisees, who made belief in Jesus a literal crime. They feared. The Jewish people were warned that Jesus Christ would be an offense to them, and they would stumble. They were offended and stumbled. They were told that Israel would be broken because of their rejection of Him. They are being broken.

The sword is also within the private chambers of the Israeli citizens themselves. As it gives them what to think, feel, do, and say, they conform to the will of the global culture. Today, the State of Israel has the most liberal abortions rights laws in the world, and they embrace the promotion of the LGBQT+ lifestyles. On top of that, the Israeli citizens protest and riot against their government to demand conformity to the will of the United Nations. The will of the members of the United Nations is to establish themselves as the one world government by destroying the independence of the State of Israel

A severe testing is coming where Jesus Christ will be extinguished from the world. “Because it is a testing, and what if the sword despises even the scepter? The scepter shall be no more,” says the Lord God.” Ezekiel 21:13

The testing of the Israelites, in the days of Ezekiel, is God’s way of saying that no matter how bad things got for them, a part of them would go on to live in the future (But not as His scepter, or standard bearer of His word). In fact, only by sparing a remnant of the Israelites, after their captivity and destruction, would Jesus Christ be born, who is a Jew from the Tribe of Judah. His mother Mary and father Joseph were of the Tribe of Judah. Jesus has become God’s scepter.

When Ezekiel spoke these words, the Israelites were the scepter of God as the authority and standard bearer of His word, such as lifting up the Ten Commandments. However, they had become so spiritually corrupt that God said through Ezekiel, “What if the sword of the king of Babylon despises the Israelites?” He further said that Israel, as His standard bearer, would be no more. The Jewish culture was destroyed in captivity and was no longer the scepter of the word of God. Today, that is the word of prophecy spoken against Israel, that they will not be the scepter of God as the standard bearer of His word.

When Jesus Christ came to this earth, He replaced the Jewish people as the scepter of God. He lifts up the standard and authority of God’s will for us, which is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 In these days where Jesus Christ and His followers are despised, we are under severe testing, “For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” Hebrews 12:10-11

As we endure the despise of living for God through Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit says to us, “What if the anti-Christian global culture despises Jesus Christ?” “And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.” Mathew 10:22

Jesus Christ is being eradicated from the face of the earth, and what if He is no more in this world? We will still live for Him, we will still inherit eternal life, and our resurrected Lord Jesus still lives. The Holy Spirit has said to us that that a war has been made against Jesus Christ, and His followers are overcome, “Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” Revelation 13:6-8

Jesus has said that night is coming when no one can work in His name, “I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” John 9:4-5

We see how Jesus Christ is despised in this world and His followers endure testing constantly on a daily basis. Jesus Christ is despised so much by the global culture that the churches have abandoned His Gospel. Government lawmakers do not include the values of the Bible in their laws and policies. The educational system has tossed out the teaching of the Bible from the classrooms. And Christianity is unwelcomed in every sector of society.

Along with Jesus Christ being despised and eradicated from the face of the earth, so is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is being taken from this world to be no more, and He is who restrains lawlessness. When the Holy Spirit is no more, lawlessness is unleashed, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” Click here for a post on the “lawless one”.

The internal sword works through militant-like orders.
The sword is within and slays great men. “You therefore, son of man, prophesy, and strike your hands together. The third time let the sword do double damage. It is the sword that slays, the sword that slays the great men, that enters their private chambers.” Ezekiel 21:14

The double damage that the sword does is within a person and also external to the person. This sword slays the internal life of the soul to cause death to God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. This is the sword that enters the private chambers of thoughts and feelings to externally influence words and behaviors.

When Jesus Christ walked on this earth 2000 years ago, the great men and leaders of the Jewish people rejected the will of God for them to receive Jesus as their Messiah. There was something within the private chambers of their thoughts and feelings that prevented them from humbling themselves to accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God and their Salvation. The sword of their private chambers cut them off internally from fellowship with the Spirit of God. The same sword did its damage to the Jewish people externally as seen in the world today.

If the Jewish people would have received Jesus Christ, they would be living as the temple of the Holy Spirit and the damage to the soul would not exist. Also, the damage to them externally as a Jewish culture would never have existed. The sword would be unable to do its double damage. The Jewish people are meant to be Christian, and if they were, the Jewish culture would not exist in the world today. The Jewish State of Israel would not exist and none of the 18 wars would have ever happened. As Christians, we do not have a nation on this earth to call our own, our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth.

Today, there is an entity in this world with power over physiology and gives people what to think, feel, do, and say. This is the sword that does damage to and slays the soul by replacing the human spirit and conscience to build a wall against Jesus Christ. This same sword does damage upon this earth as it is responsible for the chaos and tribulation of today and for the severity of the tribulation to come. This sword has entered into the private chambers of thoughts and feelings to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through people in every city around the world. There is not a great person within local, state, national, or global leadership that is not under its influence. The masses of the anti-Christian global culture are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

The sword is against the internal and external gates. “I have set the point of the sword against all their gates, That the heart may melt and many may stumble. Ah! It is made bright; It is grasped for slaughter:” Ezekiel 21:15

By rejecting Jesus Christ, the point of the sword has come against all the gates of the Jewish people.

One way the point of the sword is set against the gate is that the Jewish people are not able to enter into the presence of God without living for Jesus Christ. They have stumbled, have a spiritually weak heart, and have died to the will of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the only one who removes the curtain between them and God. When Jesus Christ died on the Cross, atonement for sin was made and the curtain was torn from top to bottom. Whoever believes in Jesus has access to God through the Holy Spirit, “And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit. Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom;” Matthew 27:50-51

Another way the point of the sword is set against the gates of Israel is that their enemies are all around with terroristic threats and constant violence. The members of the United Nations (global government of the beast) intend to dishearten Israel and to cause them to stumble. Israel has stumbled in that they have become the violently aggressive villain in the eyes of the global culture. The sword is bright and being held for the purpose of slaughtering Israel. The independence of Isarael is a stumbling block to the United Nations establishing itself as the one world government.

Around January 2024, the United Nations has opened a genocide case against the government of Israel, World Court to hear Genocide Case Against Israel. Also, the world government and its global culture has the sword set against all their gates. They have become hardened against the Gospel of Christ and are prohibited entry into the place of Holiness. They serve the entity that gives them what to think, feel, do, and say. They deny God the Creator and worship the creature human being, not allowing them into the presence of God. They reject Jesus Christ for the remission of sin, not allowing them entry into the place that enables them to change their trajectory. They oppress the presence of the Holy Spirit, not allowing them to reconcile to God through Jesus. Because their trajectory is on a one-track destination, the severity of the global tribulation will intensify as time progresses forward. Their heart will melt, they will stumble, and there will be a great slaughter.

The sword acts according to militant-like orders from within. “Swords at the ready! Thrust right! Set your blade! Thrust left— Wherever your edge is ordered! “I also will beat My fists together, and I will cause My fury to rest; I, the Lord, have spoken.” Ezekiel 21:16-17

Ezekiel is describing the militant attitude of the armies of the king of Babylon coming against Israel. When they are told to get ready to attack, then they put the “Swords at the ready.” When they are told to attack a specific target to the right, then they “Thrust to the right”. When they are told to get set for another attack, then they set their blade for another attack. When they are told to attack a specific target to the left, then they “Thrust to the left”. Wherever they are told to strike they put their sword to the task. That is the wrath of God’s judgment coming against Israel. That is God beating His fists together against Israel until He exhausts His fury on them.

The world government and its global culture also operate with a militant-like attitude against those who oppose them. Wherever their edge is ordered they come against the declared target. They are given orders from within the private chambers of their thoughts and feelings to direct their hostile words and behaviors towards the target. The entity operating within their physiology empowers them with uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, extraordinary talents and skills, amazing physical abilities and accomplishments, and uncanny authority over others.

The global culture stands with swords ready as they boast, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him? Revelation 13:4 The “him” in this verse is the beast associated with the image and mark of the beast. With the empowerment of their uncanny knowledge and heightened intuition, they are ready to act against the perceived target, they thrust right. After one attack, they set themselves in their every ready mode as their blade is set for the next attack. When they perceive the next target, they thrust left. This present global culture will continue until the wrath of God’s fury is exhausted on them through the global tribulation. The Day of the Lord describes when His fury is poured out and He comes to a rest.

The sword that enters into the private chambers, functions through orders. This is the sword that governs through the thoughts and feelings of people to give them what to say and do. “Swords at the ready!” is to command the global culture to prepare for cutting off belief in God, to cut off the need for Jesus Christ to forgive sin, and to cut off the presence of the Holy Spirit. Within their physiology, within their thoughts, and feelings, they are told to “Thrust right!” in an attack against those who do not conform to the global culture. Then they are told to “Set your blade!” in preparation for another attack. Then they are told to “Thrust left!” in another attack. Whatever they are led to do they do it.

The world government and its global culture operates through the entity within the private chambers of physiology. Their target is anyone who opposes them in every city around the world. The entity of their private chambers enables the image of the beast to speak and live through the masses of the global culture. Their thoughts and feelings are synchronized from city to city to act against belief in God, Jesus Christ, the presence of the Holy Spirit, the Jewish people, and Christianity.

The masses of the global culture are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. They are definitely marching in coordination to the orders given within their private chambers. Their swords are ready, they thrust right when they perceive the order to thrust right, they reset after one attack to prepare for another, then they thrust left when they perceive the order to thrust left. They act in response to wherever their sword is ordered. God’s wrath will be poured out on them.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets, ‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’” Revelation 2:24-25

The “Y” in the road: The world government decides to come against Israel.
The world government has a decision to make at the Y in the road. “The word of the Lord came to me again, saying: “And son of man, appoint for yourself two ways for the sword of the king of Babylon to go; both of them shall go from the same land. Make a sign; put it at the head of the road to the city. Appoint a road for the sword to go to Rabbah of the Ammonites, and to Judah, into fortified Jerusalem.” Ezekiel 21:18-20

God has Ezekiel to map out two roads for the king of Babylon to go down. Both of those roads come from the same land, which would be the land of Babylon. That describes a “Y” in the road. Then Ezekiel was led to put a sign on the main road just before where the road split. One road would lead to the land of the Ammonites, and the other road would lead into the land of Israel.

The king of Babylon would have a choice to make, to attack the Ammonites or to attack the Israelites. The Israelites armed themselves in violent rebellion against the king of Babylon. The Ammonites were lawless and people of war but did not attack the king of Babylon head on. As we discover in coming verses, Israel is attacked first and then the lawless ones are attacked.

Today, the State of Israel is being attacked from all sides. The Israelis have been involved in 18 claw-to-claw wars since 1948, and even a war in 1948. Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. The independence of the State of Israel is an obstacle to the goal of the United Nations to establish itself as the one world government. At the same time, there is strong language against the lawless ones that stir up trouble and violence in cities around the world. That not only includes the “war on terror”, but also includes the terror of crime, shootings, drug epidemics, etc. While we see the sword coming against the military and police aggression of Israel, it won’t stop there because all forms of lawlessness are scheduled for elimination. The righteous and the wicked are being taken out this world, as described in Ezekiel 21:3.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we do not gather in Israel and in general are nowhere near to the territory of the Middle East. In that light, we escape the violence coming against the State of Israel. At the same time, we keep ourselves apart from the lawlessness of the world, so we are not targeted for destruction because of that sort of rebellion. The Holy Spirit cautions us to come apart from this world, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.” Revelation 18:4-5 This world is increasingly becoming “…a haunt for every impure spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.” Revelation 18:2

The world government consults its god to decide which road to go down. “For the king of Babylon stands at the parting of the road, at the fork of the two roads, to use divination: he shakes the arrows, he consults the images, he looks at the liver.” Ezekiel 21:21

The king of Babylon stood at the fork in the road, one leading to the armed rebellion of Israel and one leading to the lawlessness of the Ammonites. At the fork in the road is where the king would make the decision which road to lead his armies down. This was a decision of which would suffer the blade of his sword first. For the Babylonians, consulting the will of their god consisted of shaking the arrows, like tossing “pick up sticks” to see which direction they would fall. They would also look at the liver of an animal to make a determination of what it was saying to them, like reading a palm. They would determine what all the images were guiding them to do.

One thing for sure, the king of Babylon was not consulting the word of God and had no thought or image of the Ten Commandments to guide His decisions. Slaughter was on his mind against armed rebellion and lawlessness.

Today, the global government of the United Nations is standing at the fork in the road between the military and police violence of the State of Israel and the overall lawlessness and violence in the Middle East. The decisions the members of the UN make are not according to following the word of God, nor living in the righteousness of Jesus Christ, nor are they led by the Holy Spirit. The righteous are not a part of who they are, and neither is wickedness. In other words, they come against those who disturbs their plan for creating an earthly utopia. They consult their god that enters their private chambers to govern through their thoughts and feelings to direct what they say and do.

One thing for sure, the members of the world government are not deciding between attacking armed rebellion or lawlessness, but which to attack first. In order to create their heaven on earth, they intend to come against armed rebellion and to defeat every other type of lawlessness.

The world government decides to come against Israel. “In his right hand is the divination for Jerusalem: to set up battering rams, to call for a slaughter, to lift the voice with shouting, to set battering rams against the gates, to heap up a siege mound, and to build a wall.” Ezekiel 21:22

The king of Babylon decided to come against Israel with battering rams to beat down their defenses. He chose to call for a slaughter to put down the military aggression of Israel. He decided to lift up the voices of his army with shouting to dishearten the will of the Israelites. A siege mound would be heaped up to overcome the borders of Israel. And a wall would be built to prevent any possible offense coming from the Israelites.

Today, the members of the world government have come against the independence of the State of Israel. The independence and military aggression of Israel is not conforming to the will of the members of the United Nations. The UN intends to be established as the one world government and the State of Israel is not fitting into that goal. The global culture has set up battering rams against the Israeli government.

We see the battering rams coming against Israel as they are being attacked from all sides. There is a call for putting to rest the existence of the State of Israel as it stands today. We hear the global culture in cities around the world loudly lifting up their voices against Israel to dishearten and weaken their will. A siege mound is piled high, and a wall is built against the self-will of the State of Israel.

The Israeli citizens cannot believe that the world government comes against them. “And it will be to them like a false divination in the eyes of those who have sworn oaths with them; but he will bring their iniquity to remembrance, that they may be taken.” Ezekiel 21:23

The Israelites were in disbelief that the armies of the king of Babylon were coming against them. They felt it was a false rumor because they had entered into a covenant with the Babylonians. The covenant was that the Israelites would always live peaceably under the authority of the king of Babylon, and in return they would prosper. Instead, the leaders of the people sought military aid from a powerful nation and rebelled against their captivity in Babylon. Ezekiel 17 describes the covenant made and how the governors of the Israelites procured weapons in rebellion of their captivity. The king of Babylon reminded the dismayed Israelites of the covenant they broke, and he was legally justified to batter the Israelites.

In 1947, the documentation to establish the State of Israel was written by the members of the United Nations. The most prominent leaders of the Jewish people signed the documents and entered into an agreement with the global government. It was a covenant of peace to provide the Jewish people with a land of their own under the authority of the United Nations. Israel was declared a state in 1948. Since that time, there has been continuous conflict in the Middle East involving Israel.

The military of the Israelis is strengthened by the United States in the way of money, intelligence, advisors, training, and equipment. The governors of the State of Israel are being reminded that they are not keeping their promise to live in peace under the will of the members of the global government. The military and police aggression of Israel are legally justifying the actions taken against her by the international community.

Today, the Jewish people around the world are dismayed and in unbelief at how the masses of the global culture have turned against the State of Israel. As time progresses, the Israelis within Israel will be disillusioned themselves. Today, the Israelis believe they are living in the will of the global government by rioting and protesting against their own government, the State of Israel. However, they will be disillusioned to discover that as Jewish people, they mean nothing to the world government and its global culture.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we too stand amazed at the emboldened opposition, riots, and protests that are directed against the State of Israel. However, they have broken the covenant with God who requires them to live in peace with His will to accept Jesus Christ as their Messiah. This is the covenant, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

The wrath of God’s judgment coming against Israel is His reminder to them of their sin. The Jewish people will be taken by the fury of the judgment of God. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:12-13

Israel’s sin against the will of God brings His wrath. “Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Because you have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your doings your sins appear—because you have come to remembrance, you shall be taken in hand.” Ezekiel 21:24

For iniquity to be remembered is like having a courtroom trial that brings up the crime committed. The time had come for the sin of Israel to be remembered in the courtroom of God. In a courtroom trial, everything is uncovered relating to the crime committed. The sin of Israel would be uncovered in the courtroom of God. In a courtroom, there is a final verdict that can lead to condemnation and sentencing. Israel would be condemned and taken in hand to the eternal prison of hell.

2000 years ago, the sin of the Jewish people was to turn from the will of God by rejecting Jesus Christ as their Messiah. Within the State of Israel, people around the world are seeing the courtroom trial against Israel as God remembers her sin. In everything Israel is doing, her sins are uncovered and appear in the eyes of the world. They have the most liberal abortion rights laws in the world, they embrace the LGBQT+ lifestyles, and their use of military and police violence is condemned globally. God has pronounced the Jewish people guilty of sinning against Him, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. They will be taken in hand to the place of outer darkness, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.

When the Jewish people rejected Jesus Christ 2000 years ago, it’s because they exalted their own Jewish culture above Him. Because of their rebellion, God gave them their own Jewish State of Israel where He sets up court and pronounces His judgment against them. God brought them to the land of Israel for His name’s sake, not for the sake of the rebellious Jewish people, “Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Because you have all become dross, therefore behold, I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.” Ezekiel 22:19 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went.” Ezekiel 36:22

The Jewish people are meant to be Christian. If they were Christian, the State of Israel would not exist because as Christians we do not have a nation to call our own on this earth. Our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth, which comes by living for God through Jesus Christ.

In Isaiah 8:11-15, God warned the Jewish people not to think that belief in Jesus Christ was a conspiracy against their Jewish culture. He came to save not to destroy. They were cautioned not to be afraid of the threats of the Pharisees, who made belief in Jesus a literal crime. They feared. The Jewish people were warned that Jesus Christ would be an offense to them, and they would stumble. They were offended and stumbled. They were told that Israel would be broken because of their rejection of Him. They are being broken.

Israel is overthrown and remains that way until the return of Jesus Christ.
God speaks a word against the governor of the State of Israel. “‘Now to you, O profane, wicked prince of Israel, whose day has come, whose iniquity shall end, thus says the Lord God: Remove the turban, and take off the crown; Nothing shall remain the same. Exalt the humble, and humble the exalted.”” Ezekiel 21:25 -26.

The prince of Israel is profane because princes are supposed to lead the Jewish people in the will of God. Instead, they are being led away from God, taught to reject Jesus Christ, and groomed to oppress the presence of the Holy Spirit. Today, we see the end of Israel progressing forward along with her profane ways. Nothing will ever be the same for them as when they were looked upon as God’s royal and special people.

The Israelites once were the special people of God who lifted up His word, the Ten Commandments, in a world that didn’t have a clue of any such commandments. When they rejected Jesus Christ 2000 years ago, they were no longer the leaders of the world pointing to the will of God. Instead, they were quite the opposite by encouraging the Jewish culture to remove themselves from Jesus. The Jewish people lost their royal turban and crown and became profane in the eyes of God.

The Jewish people have fallen far from God since their rejection of Jesus Christ. In fact, Jesus plainly said the “sons of the kingdom” would be cast into outer darkness but those who live for Him will have a home in the New Jerusalem, “And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Matthew 8:11-12

The Jewish culture has been humbled since they turned away from the will of God by refusing to become Christians. In contrast, the followers of Jesus Christ have been exalted in the eyes of God. The Jewish people exalted their own culture above Jesus, and they have been humbled for all the world to see. The followers of Jesus have humbled ourselves to live as Christians and we are exalted according to the will of God. “For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” Luke 14:11

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:” John 1:12

The Jewish people have been led down the wrong path by their leaders and have lost their royal turban and crown as a result. As followers of Jesus Christ, we now wear that royal turban and crown, “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.” 1 Peter 2:9-10

The State of Israel is overthrown until the return of Jesus Christ. “Overthrown, overthrown, I will make it overthrown! It shall be no longer, Until He comes whose right it is, And I will give it to Him.” Ezekiel 21:27

This verse answers the question of who has authority over the Holy Land between Jesus Christ and the Jewish people. That right belongs to Jesus Christ. The State of Israel will be overthrown under the management of the Israelis. The right to claim the Holy Land belongs to Jesus Christ, and Israel will remain overthrown until He returns. As quoted, “Until He comes whose right it is, and I will give it to Him.” The Jewish people have no right to exalt themselves over Jesus.

There will be no restoration of Israel on this earth because they refuse to be obedient servants of God through Jesus Christ. The State of Israel is being overthrown today and will continue to be overthrown as time progresses forward. Day-by-day, they drift further and further from the will of God for them to accept Jesus as their Messiah. They will be totally desolated. The right of the Jewish people to call themselves the people of God without Jesus Christ does not belong to them. The right to determine who are the children of God belongs to Jesus, “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:” John 1:12

To Israel it is spoken, “Overthrown, overthrown!” They are plagued with war after war and have been in 18 since they became a State in 1948. The United Nations will establish themselves as the one world government, which means the independence of the State of Israel becomes non-existent. The fate of the territory of Israel doesn’t improve because the Battle of Armageddon involves the Middle East and all the nations of the world. On the Day of the Lord, the old Jerusalem is wiped from the face of the earth with this present heaven and earth. The New Jerusalem comes in the new heaven and earth for those who live for God through Jesus Christ.

The right to wear the royal turban and crown does not belong to the Jewish people, that right belongs to Jesus Christ.

Judgment comes against the lawless ones of the world.
God speaks a word against the lawless ones. “And you, son of man, prophesy and say, ‘Thus says the Lord God concerning the Ammonites and concerning their reproach,’ and say:” Ezekiel 21:28a.

The Ammonites were a violent and lawless people living under the thumb of the world government of that day, Babylon. The Ammonites were disapproved of by God as well as by the king of Babylon. The lawless Ammonites were hostile to the Israelites, but the Israelites were also rebellious against the king of Babylon. The Israelites armed themselves against their captivity in Babylon. At the Y in the road, the Israelites were first attacked down the road to the right by the king of Babylon, and then the lawless Ammonites were attacked down the road to the left by the king of Babylon.

In a sense, the Ammonites represent the enemies of the State of Israel as it is today. On October 7, 2023, the terrorist organization of Hamas attacked Israel, and that war still rages on as of March 7, 2024. With that said, the Israelis have been involved in 18 wars since Israel was declared a state in 1948, and even a war in 1948, Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. The members of the world government are holding the governors of the State of Israel responsible for impeding peace and stability in the Middle East. The independence and military aggression of Israel is an obstacle to the United Nations establishing itself as the one world government. Sometime in January of 2024, the United Nations opened a case of genocide against the State of Israel, World Court to hear Genocide Case Against Israel. 

The Ammonites represent the lawless ones of this world, something the United Nations is very outspoken against in their quest to create heaven on earth. In fact, the terrorist attacks against the State of Israel are condemned by the members of the United Nations (and at the same time condemns the aggression of Israel). The goal of the world government is to first go down the road to the right, at the Y in the road, to destroy the independence and aggression of Israel. Then the United Nations will go down the road to the left, at the Y in the road, to destroy the lawless ones. God brings His wrath to this world through the hand of the world government.

Below is a picture of the monument that is located outside the headquarters of the United Nations. This represents the opposition to gun violence, lawlessness, terrorism, etc. It is a symbol of doing away with the wicked without the remission of sin that comes through the righteousness of Jesus Christ. As the Lord says, “Behold, I am against you, and I will draw My sword out of its sheath and cut off both righteous and wicked from you.” Ezekiel 21:3

A sword of slaughter comes to the lawless ones. “‘A sword, a sword is drawn, polished for slaughter, for consuming, for flashing— ” Ezekiel 21:28b.

The sword that came against the lawless Ammonites was in the hand of the king of Babylon. Likewise, we see that the sword coming against the lawlessness of this world is presently in the hand of the World government and its global culture. However, the day is coming when the sword will be in the hand of Jesus Christ to destroy this present world system.

The sword of slaughter has been placed in the hand of the world government. It is polished and flashing against Israel and also against lawlessness. We are seeing how leaders on every level are speaking out against crime of all sorts. These are local leaders, state leaders, national leaders and global leaders. They continuously solicit the assistance of citizens in every city to come against bad behavior. Those citizens are part of the global culture that lives according to the entity that gives them what to do, say, feel, and think. They are not living by any type of righteousness through Jesus Christ, but they fight against any rebellious lawlessness that disturbs their community family. God is cutting off righteousness and wickedness from the world, as He said He would, “I will draw My sword out of its sheath and cut off both righteous and wicked from you.” Ezekiel21:3

As lawlessness is fought against without the righteousness of God, lawlessness ultimately increases to a level of creating global tribulation. This happens fully after the United Nations is established as the one world government. This eventually leads to the Battle of Armageddon and the Day of the Lord,. We will rejoice at the return of Jesus Christ.

The entity that gives people what to think and feel has replaced the human spirit and conscience. The masses of the global culture are hardened against Jesus Christ as they become a collective force in fighting those who oppose them. The followers of Jesus Christ are counted among the lawless ones, as quoted, “For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’ For the things concerning Me have an end.” Luke 22:37 “There were also two others, criminals, led with Him to be put to death. And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left.” Luke 23:32-33 Jesus said that they would come against us in the same way that they came against Him.

The entity that gives people what to think and feel enlivens the image of the beast to live and speak through the masses in every city around the world. They are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. While they say they are fighting against lawlessness, they oppose Christianity, detest belief in God, discards the need for the remission of sin through Jesus Christ, and oppress the presence of the Holy Spirit. God has His sword polished and ready to destroy them, along with all the lawlessness of this world. Meanwhile, now is the hour of the world government and its global culture, as quoted below,

“Then Jesus said to the chief priests, captains of the temple, and the elders who had come to Him, “Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs? When I was with you daily in the temple, you did not try to seize Me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness.” Luke 22:52-53

The lawless ones believe false visions and untrue messages. “While they see false visions for you, while they divine a lie to you, to bring you on the necks of the wicked, the slain whose day has come, whose iniquity shall end.” Ezekiel 21:29

To “…see false visions for you…” and to “…divine a lie for you…” refers to building up the esteem, ego, and dignity of the lawless ones through lies and false hopes. The purpose of emboldening the lawless ones (Ammonites) was to motivate them to dominate the wicked, who were “…the slain whose days has come.” The slain were the Israelites who were dead to the will of God as they abandoned the Ten Commandments. The Ammonites were falsely led to believe that their assaults against the Israelites would win them favor with the king of Babylon.

Today, we see how the enemies of Israel have been emboldened against her as if they have earned favor with the members of the United Nations. For example, they have been allowed to amass huge amounts of money, they have built elaborate and expensive tunnels from one end of the Gaza Strip to the next, have been given access to intelligence networks against Israel, and have amassed lots of weapons. All of that serves to embolden the enemies of Israel to make them feel empowered to assault the State of Israel at will. While they are acting according to the will of the United Nations to destroy the independence of Israel, they are discovering that their destruction is at hand.

Today, we see a specific group of lawless ones who believe lies and false visions that lead them to commit acts that come with legal consequences. January 6, 2021, is an example of going against the will of the established government in the false hope of performing the will of the government they believe they represent. They are those who are called “insurrectionists” with feelings of empowerment to storm the halls of the United States Congress. Their belief and false hope are that with physical might and aggression, they can elect the president of their choice, reclaim the American culture, and defeat the globalists. Unfortunately for them, many have been arrested and some are receiving lengthy prison time. Under the agenda of the world government and its global culture, they are considered to be the lawless ones slated for destruction.

In the process of establishing the one world government, a lot of lawlessness is created in this world. The purpose of that social turbulence is to create a demand for the United Nations to increase as the one world government. When they come into their full power, they establish peace and stability in the world, for a short time. That is called the “great global reset” as mentioned in Revelation 8. 

Currently, the masses of the global culture follow the entity within their private chambers that gives them what to think, feel, do, and say. They riot and protest to change local culture and laws to demand conformity to the will of the global government. However, not long after their success, the events of the Seven Trumpets (Revelation 8,9, 11) begin to happen. They also suffer the events of the Seven Plagues.

The Holy Spirit says this to us, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.” Zachariah 4:6 Lawlessness is not in the will of God for us but living in the Spirit of Jesus Christ is. The Holy Spirit wants us to put on the whole Armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:10-20.  “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12

Lawless ones are told to put their sword back in the sheath as judgment comes against them. “‘Return it to its sheath. I will judge you in the place where you were created, in the land of your nativity.” Ezekiel 21:30

“Return it to its sheath” refers to the Holy Spirit speaking to everyone to put lawlessness far from us. The fury of the judgment of God comes against all lawlessness because being lawless grieves the Holy Spirit. Grieving the Holy Spirit is to close the eyes to the way, truth, and life of Jesus Christ. To close the eyes to Jesus is to turn from the will of God.

The judgment of God comes against lawlessness right here on this earth, before the judgment that comes beyond the grave. This planet is the land of every person’s nativity and fills with lawlessness, “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 Click for a post on the “lawless one”.

God’s wrath comes against the lawless ones by delivering them to the brutal and skillful at destruction. “I will pour out My indignation on you; I will blow against you with the fire of My wrath, and deliver you into the hands of brutal men who are skillful to destroy.” Ezekiel 21:31

The “brutal men skillful to destroy” refers to those on this earth with the power, technology, and military intelligence to overpower any form of lawlessness in the world. They are also those who are empowered in their physiology through uncanny knowledge, heightened intuition, amazing physical abilities and accomplishments, etc. The fire of God’s judgment comes to this earth through the hand of the global government of the beast. In fact, the Battle of Armageddon takes place on this earth during the Sixth Plague. This is the last major event on earth before the return of Jesus Christ. The Day of the Lord will put an end to this present heaven and earth.

Other of God’s judgments coming on this present heaven and earth are revealed in the events of the Seven Trumpets (Revelation 8,9, 11) and the events of the Seven Plagues.

The lawless ones are slaughtered and never remembered. “You shall be fuel for the fire; Your blood shall be in the midst of the land. You shall not be remembered, For I the Lord have spoken.’” Ezekiel 21:32

The Holy Spirit has strong and sure words for those involved in acts of lawlessness, they will be fuel for fire in the midst of this land we call earth. They will have no glory and no remembrance at all, meaning that whatever they are rebelling against has no meaning at all. The world we see today is what it is until the return of Jesus Christ.

The world government of the beast and its global culture are here to stay, and no amount of rebellion or lawlessness will cause a shift of power to happen. This present world system will be destroyed by the judgment of God, not by human effort. Global warming is the Fourth Plague and is instrumental in bringing the destruction of the power center of the beast in the Fifth Plague. This renders the world government of the beast and its global culture powerless. In that powerlessness, the Battle of Armageddon arises, the Day of the Lord comes, and Jesus Christ returns.

Jesus Christ is the only hope for Salvation in life beyond the grave, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
