The world government assumes control over the State of Israel.
A parable is spoken to the house of Israel. “And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel;” Ezekiel 17:1-2

As followers of Jesus Christ, we realize that most people in this world do not know the Bible, or don’t want to hear scriptures spoken to them. The best we can do is to speak in parables so that those who follow the ways of this world can understand. Parables are basically using the knowledge of this world to explain a spiritual truth.

Parables were used by the Apostles “…to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;” Ephesians 3:9 Jesus Christ used parables to “…utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.” Matthew 13:35

God gave Ezekiel parables because the Israelites were far removed from caring about the word of God. He needed to get the Israelites to listen and understand their fate after turning away from God. The Holy Spirit uses the parables of the Bible to teach us spiritual truth so that we can grow in God through Jesus Christ.

Multi-colored world government establishes the State of Israel. “And say, Thus saith the Lord God; A great eagle with great wings, long winged, full of feathers, which had divers colors, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar: He cropped off the top of its young twigs, and carried it into a land of trade; he set it in a city of merchants.” Ezekiel 17:3-4

God gave Ezekiel this word to speak to us.

The phrase “…full of feathers, which had divers colors…” is like the different colors of a rainbow, or a quilt, and other such multi-colored appearances. In this verse, the “divers colors” are part of the “…great eagle with great wings…” which represents the global government. That is revealed to us in this verse which is explaining the meaning of the parable, “Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;” Ezekiel 17:12 Babylon represents the world government.

The “...divers colors…” of the global government is the United Nations. There are many nations of different colors and nationalities that form the United Nations. There are over 190 different nations. The United Nations was formed in 1945 immediately after WW2 and brought the government of the beast with it, as described in Daniel 8. Multi-colored high places are spoken about in Ezekiel 16:16

In 1947, the United Nations approved the paperwork to establish the State of Israel. The phrase, “…took the highest branch of the cedar…” refers to the United Nations soliciting the highest official of the Jewish people to be leader of the Jewish state. At that time, David Ben-Gurion was a very high official of the Jewish people and very prominent on a world scale. “David Ben-Gurion became the Prime Minister of Israel on May 14, 1948, following the adoption of the Israeli Declaration of Independence. He is often referred to as “Israel’s founding father” due to his significant role in the establishment of the state of Israel.”

The phrase,He cropped off the top of its young twigs, and carried it into a land of trade; he set it in a city of merchants.” refers to the State of Israel being established. David Ben-Gurion and associates were ready to be the first Prime Minister and governors of Israel where Israel would be established in a land with their own economy.

Jewish descendants are gathered into the State of Israel. “He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.” Ezekiel 17:5

The seed of the land refers to all of the Jewish people from all across the globe. In 1948, there was a mass migration of the Jewish people into the State of Isael from Europe and everywhere else in the world. They were planted in the fruitful field of Israel where they would be able to experience their own economic prosperity. The phrase “…placed by great waters…” refers to the State of Israel being integrated into the world community. On May 11,1949, Israel was accepted as a member of the United Nations.

The phrase, “…set it as a willow tree…” should be looked at in comparison to the great cedar trees that grew all around it. The State of Israel would never be a political powerhouse, nor a military powerhouse, nor any other type of powerhouse within the scope of the world government. But they would have the comfort of their pride and ego to know that they were their own people, a Jewish nation. The State of Israel, as a willow tree, would never grow into a mighty force within the international community.

The State of Israel was made a spreading vine of low stature. And it grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.” Ezekiel 17:6

The State of Israel “…grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature…”. is seen in many ways. They have many, many accomplishments but nothing that will ever elevate them as a major power within the international community. They are fruitful and productive but will always be of low stature.

The branches of the State of Israel turn towards the global government of the United Nations and their roots grow under the UN. In other words, their ability to thrive depends on their connection to the will of the international community. The major achievements of Israel corresponds to the honors that the international community bestows on them.

The State of Israel has produced many Nobel Peace Prize recipients for their contributions to humanity. Numerous medalists of the international Olympic games have come from Israel. Their stock market is connected to international nations. International tech companies like IBM and INTEL have set up offices in Israel. The Israelis are recognized internationally for their high-tech achievements and in 2018 were recognized as being in the top ten most innovatively powerful nations. Tel-Aviv has been named internationally as a high-tech start-up capital. The State of Israel has an international airline and is a world leader in the dairy industry. With their technology, they help other nations to grow crops in the desert and to de-salt water to serve the needs of the domestic population. Israel had a record-breaking year for their economy around 2017 and in that year, Miss Israel starred as “Wonder Woman”.

The State of Israel is indeed a spreading vine of low stature whose branches grow in the direction of the international community whose roots are under the United Nations.

What we see happening to the State of Israel is the mode of operation for the world government of the beast. The United Nations, progressing towards the one world government, expects every nation of the world to be rooted in its will and to grow branches towards its authority. The prosperity and fruitfulness of each nation depends on that. To be rooted in the UN requires people in every city around the world, as a nation, to live by the entity giving them what to think, feel, say, and do. This entity enables the image of the beast to live and speak through people to coordinate them as the global culture. People everywhere are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

Today, the stature of the United States of America seems to be equal to the United Nations in the eyes of the global culture. The prominence of the USA is a complaint of the global culture, not praise. They want the USA to be humbled to the point of being of low stature whose existence is under the control of the global government. The American people are constantly being prepared for terrorist attacks in the coming days. Everyone talks of the decline of America from many different angles. There is the disaster at the US/Mexico border, the uncontrollable drug crisis in every state, the massive retail theft nationwide, the uncontrollable mass shootings, high gun violence of every type, etc. There is rampant political corruption, division, bitter infighting, and accusations of betrayals and insurrection.

The United States begins to provide for the State of Israel.
The United States begins to provide for the State of Israel. “There was also another great eagle with great wings and many feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.” Ezekiel 17:7

The other great eagle, aside from the multi-colored great eagle (United Nations), can be said to be the United State of America. The United States is complained against by the global culture for having too much influence with the United Nations. The USA is maliciously said to be the power of the UN. However, the great eagle of the United Nations has the multi-colors of over 190 nations with them. The United States does not have that type of international influence as a stand-alone nation. Even as a great eagle, the USA would never ever think about giving up its seat of power as a member of the UN.

The lowly and fruitful vine of the State of Israel has bent her roots and shot her branches towards the USA. The United States has been watering Israel since about the day she was established in 1948. The United States of America has been watering Israel by the furrows of her plantation (that plantation is the State of Israel). In fact, the USA has always been a faithful supporter of Israel’s independence in the Middle East despite the frequent international outcry. As it stands, the independence of the State of Israel is a roadblock to the goal of the United Nations to be established as the one world government. The UN demands that the roots and branches of Israel stretch towards them and not the USA. The State of Israel and the USA are both under scrutiny of the global culture.

The government of the State of Israel was not supposed to grow her dependency on the other great eagle, the United States. Her dependency was supposed to be solely on the great eagle with feathers of diverse colors, the United Nations. The United States became Israel’s source for military aid of all types, such as with funding, intelligence, advisers, equipment etc. This was a huge “no-no” in the eyes of the United Nations. With that, Israel’s economy is very largely dependent on the United States, definitely not from the eastern side of the world. On top of that, the government of the State of Israel has depended on the United States for global integration.

The State of Israel was initially established in good soil by great waters. “It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine.” Ezekiel 17:8

When Israel began to bend her roots and shoot her branches towards the USA, she was already established within the State of Israel where she would be able to live. She was planted in good soil by great waters referring to her international influence as a member of the United Nations. Israel was to grow and be prosperous under the hand of the UN. The State of Israel was to be a good vine flowing according to the will of the global government. Israel bent her roots and shot her branches towards the United States when she was meant to remain within the boundaries of the State of Israel under the hand of the United Nations.

The State of Israel will be made to wither by the world government. “Say, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Will it thrive? Will he not pull up its roots, cut off its fruit, and leave it to wither? All of its spring leaves will wither, and no great power or many people will be needed to pluck it up by its roots.” Ezekiel 17:9

God puts the question to us, “Will the State of Israel continue to thrive? Will not the United Nations cause it to wither?” This question is asked in response to Israel bending her roots and stretching her branches towards the great eagle of the United States instead of towards the multi-color great eagle of the United Nations. The global government sees the independence of the State of Israel as an obstacle to establishing the one world government.

The Holy Spirit is letting us know that the State of Israel will be made to wither. The leaves of its springtime existence will wither, which began to grow in 1948 and has lasted for 75 years. To pull up the roots of Israel will not require great power or a great many people. Even today, we see the roots of the State of Israel being plucked up day-by-day, and without a great army and without many people. The Israelis have been in 18 wars since the beginning of the existence of the State of Israel. These are not wars involving a great army nor do they involve a lot of people. Israel is being uprooted. Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page.

We see the State of Israel being uprooted from its spring leaves as the Palestinian people draw closer and closer to being declared a State. The region around Israel will be divided between the Israelis and the Palestinians, which is referred to as the “Two State Solution”. Already, Jerusalem is divided between West and East Jerusalem where the West is in Israel and the East in the West Bank. It has been said that West Jerusalem will be the capital of Israel and East Jerusalem will be the capital of Palestine. The land is already severely divided with a portion called the Gaza Strip and another large portion called the West Bank.

Today, we see the State of Israel being plucked up by its roots on a day-to-day basis. Ultimately, it will be left to wither, like a plant plucked up by its roots.

The State of Israel will wither when the east winds blow. “Yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind touches it? It shall wither in the furrows where it grew.” Ezekiel 17:10

We already see the east wind touching the State of Israel. Iran is squarely in the east, well east of Israel, and very close to Russia and China, which are east of Iran. Iran has been declared a state sponsor of terrorism and involved in the uprooting of Israel. Their tentacles of terror stretch out in support of the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and have influence in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, the United States, etc. Iran is known to be backed by Russia. The east wind will continue to touch the State of Israel until she withers in the very place where she was planted in 1948.

The withering of the State of Israel is according to the wrath of God’s judgment. His wrath comes through the will of the members of the United Nations. In fact, the Jewish people were gathered to Israel as the place where God spends His wrath on them. They have constantly profaned His Holy name, and ultimately rejected Jesus Christ, their Messiah. They were brought to Israel, not for their sake but for the sake of god’s Holy name, “Therefore say to the Israelites, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you have gone.” Ezekiel 36:22

The will of God for the Jewish people was to receive Jesus Christ and to live as Christians. Instead, they exalted their Jewish culture above humbling themselves to Jesus. They were gathered to the State of Israel where they face the wrath of God’s judgment. If they would have lived their life as Christians 2000 years ago, there would be no State of Israel today. As Christians, we have no nation on this earth to call our own, our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth.

The parable of the first multi-colored eagle is explained.
The United Nations came to Jewish leaders to gather them to the State of Israel. “Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not what these things mean? tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;” Ezekiel 17:11-12

God gave Ezekiel this word to speak to the rebellious house of Israel and to reveal to us the hand of God working in the affairs of the State of Israel. The “king” and the “princes” refer to the most prominent leaders of the Jewish people. The king of Babylon came to the Jewish people to lead the most prominent leaders into the jurisdiction of his government.

The king of Babylon represents the global government of the beast that is in the world today, the United Nations. The members of the United Nations came to the Jewish people around 1947 and led their most prominent and highest leaders to the assembly of the global government. In 1947, the members of the United Nations, with the Jewish leaders, approved the paperwork that would establish the State of Israel. In 1948, the State of Israel was officially declared in the land of “Babylon”, or in the land under the wings of the United Nations.

David Ben-Gurion was a very high official of the Jewish people and very prominent on a world scale. “David Ben-Gurion became the Prime Minister of Israel on May 14, 1948, following the adoption of the Israeli Declaration of Independence. He is often referred to as “Israel’s founding father” due to his significant role in the establishment of the state of Israel.”

The leaders of the State of Israel were led to the land of “Babylon”. The founders and governors of the State of Israel were under the watchful eyes and ears of the global government of the United Nations. Establishing the State of Israel, under the hand of the United Nations, is prophetic because that is the place where God unleashes His wrath on Israel. “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went.” Ezekiel 36:22

Today, Jerusalem represents the capital of the spirit and soul and has been planted into the land of the global government. As Christians, we have made our body the home of the Holy Spirit, however, we live within the global culture that lives by the entity that governs through people’s thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. The United Nations was established in 1945, after WW2, and brought the government of the beast with itas described in Daniel 8 and Revelation 17. Since then, the entity that gives people what to think and feel has made its home in the temple of God, our body, “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Click here for a post on the “man of sin.”

The United Nations made a covenant of peace with the Jewish people and their mighty. “And hath taken of the king’s seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land: That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.” Ezekiel 17:13-14

When the State of Israel was established in 1948, a covenant was made by the United Nations with the leaders of Israel, and the Israeli leaders swore an oath in return. The covenant was that the State of Israel would not attempt to extend beyond the boundaries established by the United Nations. They were to refrain from trying to lift themselves up within the Middle East region and to keep the State of Israel base, lowly, and with a low profile. The governors of the State of Israel swore an oath to abide by that agreement.

The goal of the United Nations was to be the source of Israel’s existence, which would come about by Israel keeping the covenant. It was expected that only through the world government would the State of Israel be able to stand or exist. It was a covenant to keep the rebellion of Israel “at bay” in order to achieve the goal of peace and stability in the Middle East. As we see today, for Israel to keep that covenant will require them to surrender their independence. The independence of the State of Israel is an obstacle to the goal of the United Nations to establish itself as the one world government.

Today, the world government of the beast has its power and authority through the entity that gives people what to think, feel, do, and say. It makes a covenant with the nations and people of the world. That covenant is that in exchange for a livelihood, they must make an oath to allow that entity to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through them. It is expected that people do not lift themselves up above the will of the entity that gives them what to think and feel. The expectation is that people can only stand by saying and doing what is given to them to say and do. People everywhere keep that covenant as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

The parable of the plain second eagle is explained.
The State of Israel rebelled against the world government by seeking military aid from the United States. “But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people.” Ezekiel 17:15a.

“Egypt” refers to the second great eagle, which relates to a nation of sin doing contrary to the will of God. This “great eagle” is the United States of America who empowers the State of Israel with military capability (intelligence, money, equipment, etc.). God does not want Israel to be weaponized. The phrase, “…he rebelled against him in sending ambassadors to Egypt…” refers to the State of Israel rebelling against the will of the world government (United Nations) by sending ambassadors to the United States. Israel relies on the USA for military support.

The United Nations is set in concrete against the Israelis using military aggression in the Middle East. The wrath of God’s judgment comes against the State of Israel through the nations united against her. Very much of the military aid from the United States of America to Israel comes in the form of money, military intelligence, etc. With the aid of the United States, Israel is built up militarily with “horses” and “much people”.

Will the State of Israel prosper by breaking truce with the world government?Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?” Ezekiel 17:15b.

The question is, “Will the State of Israel prosper and escape the wrath of God by breaking the covenant of peace?” When the State of Israel was established, the covenant was made that Israel would keep a low profile, not exalt its will over the will of the United Nations, and to contribute to peace and stability in the Middle East. This verse explains what the UN intends for Israel, “That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.” Ezekiel 17:14 When the government of the State of Israel began going to the United States to empower themselves militarily, that broke the covenant made with the world government.

Also, the Jewish people broke the covenant of peace that God made with them through Jesus Christ. That covenant is this, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 When that covenant is broken, the Holy Spirit asks, “Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things?” The Jewish people were gathered to Israel by the hand of God, where God unleashes His wrath on them, “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went.” Ezekiel 36:22

As followers of Jesus Christ, we live by the covenant of peace that God made with us Him. The Holy Spirit guides us to live in this way, “‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’” Zachariah 4:6 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12 We are to put on the Armor of God of Ephesians 6:10-20.

The Jewish people are supposed to be Christians, living by the covenant of peace God has made with us. If they were Christians, the Jewish State of Israel would not exist because we do not have a nation on this earth to call our own. In that event, not one stone would be picked up in defense of Israel because there would be no State of Israel to defend. Because the Israelis reject Jesus Christ, they will not prosper and will not escape the wrath of God’s judgment coming against them.

The State of Israel will die under the world government. “As I live, saith the Lord God, surely in the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.” Ezekiel 17:16

God warns that the State of Israel will die because the Israelis resorted to military aggression instead of abiding by the covenant of peace within the Middle East. The will of God, through Jesus Christ, is for us to live in peace with one another, not to resort to aggression and violence. God gives us peace in the soul and spirit because there is no peace in this world. God expects the Israelis to live for Jesus Christ, not to try to find peace through police and military aggression. “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27

Israel was made a State (king) in 1948 under the dominion of the members of the United Nations (the king) which approved its establishment in 1947. Israel despised the oath it made to the members of the United Nations to remain a base, lowly, and peaceful nation. Israel refuses to surrender their independence to a one world government. The covenant of peace the United Nations made with the leaders of the State of Israel was broken when Israel began to be empowered militarily. Israel turned to the United States for military aid. The State of Israel will die under the dominion and rule of the members of the United Nations.

The State of Israel will not be supported by the United States against the world government. “Neither shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company make for him in the war, by casting up mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons:” Ezekiel 17:17

The “Pharoah” is the one who was supplying Israel with military aid under the noses of the king of Babylon. However, when it came to fighting with Israel against Babylon, the Pharoah would not. That would have amounted to waging a world war, which is not something the Pharaoh was willing to do. They would not “…cut off many persons…” from coming against Israel.

Today, the President of the United States (and lawmakers) supplies the leaders of the State of Israel with military aid. They have been doing that for Israel since 1948, but not in a way that is really helping. For example, the Israelis have been involved in 18 wars since 1948 and was even involved in a war in 1948. Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. It is one thing to supply military aid to the State of Israel, but it is quite another to participate in a war that intends to defeat the will of the United Nations. The USA will not “…cut off many persons…” from coming against Israel.

The United States has made it crystal clear that they will not stand with Israel in a war against the will of the world government. The United States of America has made it clear that they stand with the goal of the United Nations in establishing peace and stability in the Middle East region. That means they support peace by establishing a “two-state” solution between the Palestinians and Israelis. In other words, the Palestinians will be declared a state in the same way Israel was declared a state in 1948. It stands to reason that the capital of Israel would be West Jerusalem and the capital of Palestine would be East Jerusalem.

Today, the entity that gives people what to think, feel, do, and say permeates every city in every state of the United States of America. Neither the President, lawmakers, nor any other government official is doing anything to “cut -off many persons” who welcome that entity into their thoughts and feelings. The USA will not be waging a war against the global government despite the decline of the American culture.

The “…many persons…” are the masses who have destroyed America’s Godly foundation built on Jesus Christ. They also intend to downgrade the wealth and prosperity of the USA for the sake of empowering the United Nations as the one world government. The “…many persons…” are those who welcome the entity that gives them their thoughts and feelings to enable the image of the beast to live and speak through them. The “…many persons…” conform to the global culture as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do.

The State of Israel despised the truce and rebelled against the global government. “Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand, and hath done all these things, he shall not escape.” Ezekiel 17:18

To “despise the oath” is to regret the day that a promise was made. “Breaking the covenant” is to not honor an agreement that was made with someone. An agreement is broken because another person regrets the promise made to uphold the agreement.

The “he” in this verse refers to the leader of Israel who despised the promise he made to the king of Babylon. He broke the covenant of peace that the global government of that day made with him. The promise he made was to keep Israel base, lowly, and peaceful in exchange for economic prosperity and the welfare of Israel. Instead, he sought military empowerment against the will of the king of Babylon. He did not escape the king’s wrath.

Today, the leaders of the State of Israel regret the promise made to uphold the agreement with the United Nations. Israel’s government leaders decided not to keep the promise to keep themselves base, lowly, and peaceful under the dominion of the members of the United Nations. Instead, Israel reached out to the government leaders of the United States to be empowered militarily with money, intelligence, equipment, or in any other way. Israel has done all those things and will not escape the wrath of God’s judgment. This is definitely against the will of the United Nations who seeks peace and stability in the Middle East.

Most importantly, the Jewish people despised the oath they made to live for God. They broke the covenant He made with them through Jesus Christ. That covenant is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

If the Jewish people were Christian, they would be living in the peace given to them through Jesus. The State of Israel would not exist and all of the violence she is committing today would not be present. Christians do not have a nation to call our own on this earth, our nation is the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth. We do not have a territory that needs to be defended with violence. The State of Israel will not escape the wrath of God’s judgment coming against her.

Today, the people of the world live under the dominion of the entity that gives them what to think, feel, do, and say. As Christians, we do not rebel against government forces, even though they intrude into the most personal areas of life. We have made an oath to live for God through Jesus Christ and we uphold the covenant made with us. We desire for God’s love to live in us so that not one person will perish because of our actions. We want them to believe in Jesus Christ to receive eternal life. We do not arm ourselves with weapons, we do not engage in insurrections, we do not participate in riots, and we refrain from violence of all types.

Instead of words of rebellion, the Holy Spirit speaks these words to us, “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.” Romans 13:1-2

The Jewish people rejected Jesus Christ and His wrath comes against them.
The State of Israel despised the covenant of God made through Jesus Christ. “Therefore thus saith the Lord God; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.” Ezekiel 17:19

The “he” in this verse refers to the leader of Israel, who broke the promise to keep the agreement of peace with the global government of that time. Most importantly, the leader of Israel broke the promise made to God to live according to His will. His will for them was one of peace under captivity of the king of Babylon. Because they violated God’s will, and resorted to military empowerment, the wrath of God’s judgment came to them through the military of the king of Babylon.

Living in the spirit of Holiness is to live for the peace of God through Jesus Christ. As the Holy Spirit says, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!” Romans 10:15 We are never to despise the oath we made to hold firm to the covenant God made with us, which is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 We want the love of God to live in us so that we impart life through Christ’s Gospel of peace.

When the Jewish people rejected Jesus Christ, they broke their oath to serve the will of God and the covenant made between Israel and God was broken. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name…” John 1:12 The Jewish people do not receive Jesus as their Messiah, Lord, and Savior, and the consequences are coming back on their own head. They have rejected the covenant of peace by empowering themselves with military capabilities, aggression, and violence. If the Israelis were Christians, the Jewish State of Israel would not exist, and neither would their need for military aggression. The recompense of their rejection of Christ is upon their own head.

Since the State of Israel was established in 1948, the wrath of God’s judgment has been on them. The Israeli’s military empowerment has resulted in God recompensing that on their ow head. They have been in 18 wars since 1948 and even in a war in that same year. Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page.

The wrath of God comes against the State of Israel through the world government. “And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon, and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me.” Ezekiel 17:20

The “him” in that verse is the leader of Israel. God brought him to Babylon where He would plead with him for the sin he committed. In other words, God brought the leader of Israel to Babylon where God would unleash His wrath on him.

When the Jewish people were gathered to the State of Israel, that was God spreading His net on them, and they were caught in His snare. God brought them to “Babylon,” means that the Jewish people were brought to Israel at the hands of the members of the United Nations. The members of the UN approved the founding of the State of Israel in 1947 and the migration of the Jewish people to Israel began in 1948. The State of Israel is under the watchful eyes and ears of the members of the global government.

Being brought to Israel is a net and a snare for the Israelis because this is where God unleashes His wrath on them. This is God’s way of trying to talk sense into them by pleading with them to dump their Jewish pride and humbly accept Jesus Christ, “…and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me.” The Israelis have been involved in 18 wars since 1948 and were even involved in a war in 1948. Click for a list of those wars and scroll close to the bottom of the page. God’s wrath is coming against the State of Israel at the hands of the of the United Nations. The intent of the UN is to end the independence of Israel in order to establish themselves as the one world government.

The State of Israel was not established for the sake of the rebellious Jewish people, but for the sake of God’s Holy name, “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went.” Ezekiel 36:22

The only reason the State of Israel exists is because of the pride and ego within the Jewish culture. They exalt their own will over the will of God for them to humbly accept Jesus Christ. If they were Christians, the Jewish nation would not exist because we do not have a nation on this earth to call our own. Our nation is in the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth.

The Jewish people fall by the sword and are scattered across the globe. “And all his fugitives with all his bands shall fall by the sword, and they that remain shall be scattered toward all winds: and ye shall know that I the Lord have spoken it.” Ezekiel 17:21

“His fugitives with all his bands” refers to the rebellious leader of Israel and whoever was left among the Jewish people who were his loyal supporters.

The fugitives of the Jewish people are those who are running from God by turning away from Jesus Christ as their Messiah. The State of Israel is the gathering place of the fugitives who cling to their Jewish culture while continuing to trespass against Jesus Christ. As we see today, and since 1948, they have been falling by the sword of violence and international scrutiny. The Jewish people who are not residing in the violence-plagued State of Israel are scattered across the globe, with about half being in the United States of America. Something like 8 million Jewish people are in the State of Israel, about 7 million in the USA, and about another million spread across other nations. The word of God has spoken, and His word is true.

This is only the year 2024 and we see the prophecies about Israel being fulfilled. While the United Nations is becoming stronger and stronger as the one world government, they are not quite there yet. When they do come into their full power, the fate of Israel will become even more dire. There will be a whole new meaning to “…fugitive…“, “…will fall by the sword…”, and “…scattered toward all winds…”

Global warming and the global government are walking hand-in-hand. The stronger the United Nations become as the one world government, the stronger and more intense global warming becomes. Global warming is the Fourth Plague of Revelation 16:8-9. World tribulation is coming.

The New Jerusalem comes after the old Jerusalem passes away.
God will plant the New Jerusalem in a high and prominent place of the new heaven and earth. “Thus saith the Lord God; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon an high mountain and prominent:” Ezekiel 17:22

This verse is talking about reestablishing the New Jerusalem after the old Jerusalem withers away at the hand of God’s wrath. We know the New Jerusalem comes after the Battle of Armageddon because the land of Israel and the entire Middle East are involved in that battle. In fact, the whole world is involved in that battle. Revelation 16:12-17 speaks of the gathering of the nations for the Battle of Armageddon.  The Battle of Armageddon is the last major event to happen on this earth before the coming of Jesus Christ.

God is going to crop off from the young twigs a tender twig (those born of Jesus Christ). We will be planted upon a high and prominent mountain, which is Mount Zion of the New Jerusalem in the new heaven and earth.

There is no New Jerusalem for the first-born Jewish people (sons of the kingdom). The New Jerusalem belongs to the younger twigs of Christianity. We will be gathered from all over the world to sit with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but the Jewish people (sons of the kingdom) will be cast out into outer darkness. “And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Matthew 8:11-12

Before the New Jerusalem comes, the old Jerusalem is going to be completely destroyed with this present heaven and earth. On the Day of the Lord, this whole earth is destroyed, nothing and no one is spared, except those whose name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Even before the Day of the Lord, this whole world is going to suffer tremendously in the global tribulation. The land of Israel and the whole world will suffer the events of the Seven Plagues in Revelation 16, as well as the events of the Seven Trumpets in Revelation 8, 9. and 11.

Jesus Christ is going to replant His people in the New Jerusalem of the new heaven and earth. The old Jerusalem on this earth will not be in existence.

The Tree of Life and much fruitfulness are in the New Jerusalem. “In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.” Ezekiel 17:23

The New Jerusalem is a glorious place in the highest heaven that will have trees that bear the fruit of eternal life. There will be a place for everyone who holds to the testimony of Christ and lifts up His covenant, which is, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

For a description of the New Jerusalem, click the following links, Ezekiel 47, and Revelation 21, and Revelation 22.

The Jewish people are humbled and those who receive Jesus Christ are exalted. “And all the trees of the field shall know that I the Lord have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the Lord have spoken and have done it.” Ezekiel 17:24

To bring down the high tree and exalt the low tree refers to bringing down the Jewish culture and exalting the followers of Jesus Christ. “And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.” Luke 13:30 The last who will be first are those who serve God through Jesus Christ (We were born after the Jewish people). The first who will be last are the Jewish people who reject Jesus Christ (They were the first born of God). “Israel is My son, My firstborn.” Exodus 4:22

The Jewish culture is the green tree that has been dried up. They were once those who upheld the word of God in this world, before Jesus Christ, by living for the Ten Commandments. When they rejected Jesus Christ, they rejected the will of God and are dried up as leaders into the presence of God. They only live by the first five books of the Bible, the Torah: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. They reject the other 61 books and the entire Gospel of Christ. Their spirit and soul are emptied of the Holy Spirit and dried of the Water of Life.

The dry tree that flourishes is those who live for God through Jesus Christ. We were once known as Gentiles, by the Jewish people, because we did not have the word of God. We were a dry tree without the water of the word of God. We were not exposed to the Ten Commandments and were cut-off from the water served from the hand of God. When Jesus Christ came, He took away the exclusive rights of the Jewish people as the children of God. He poured out His Spirit on everyone who believes in Him, and our soul and spirit are now nourished with the Water of Life, “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” John 1:12-13

Also, the world government and its global culture are the high tree that will be brought down. They live by the entity that gives them what to think, feel, do, and say as it enlivens the image of the beast to live and speak through people. People in every city around the world are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they say and do. They will be brought down, “Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.” Revelation 19:20-21

Jesus Christ will exalt the low tree which are those who are beat down, cast aside, and afflicted by the global culture of the beast. We will be exalted in the New Jerusalem of the new heaven and earth. The world government and its culture thrive by worldly and physiological standards, but they will be dried up and made to wither. We who serve Jesus Christ will live an eternally fruitful life by the Water and Tree of Life. “I the Lord have spoken and have done it.

“….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Revelation 2:24-25
, 3:11
