Love goes cold within a world of false prophets

  • Many false prophets arise.
  • Love goes cold as lawlessness abounds.
  • End comes after the Gospel of Christ is preached around the world.

Many false prophets arise. “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.” Matthew 24:11

False prophets have no intentions of seeing today’s events through the words of Jesus Christ, but “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” Revelation 19:10 If we want to know where the world is within prophecy we need to look at where Jesus is within the world. False prophets are not doing that. Also, all prophecy is from the Holy Bible, there are no new prophecies to be added to the Holy Bible or taken away from the word of God. False prophets are not speaking words that align to the testimony of Jesus the Christ.

We know about global warming but how many know that global warming is the Fourth Plague of revelation 16:8-9? The more powerful the United Nations become as the one world government, the hotter and more intense the heat of global warming becomes.

A false prophet does not prepare people for the return of Jesus Christ and does not teach about keeping our spirit and soul alive in the Holy Spirit, as illustrated by the parable of the keeping oil in our lamp. False prophets will talk about God, but not lift up the name of Jesus Christ or speak of living in the presence of the Holy Spirit. They are serving a false god and are false prophets. God is a trinity, so to speak of God is to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and to embrace the Holy Spirit. God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are one, they are the Trinity of the Godhead. The churches of today are overrun by false prophets, and they no longer shine with the light of the Gospel of Christ for people of see.

The false prophets are deceiving many nowadays. With smooth words and flattery, they encourage people to live by the entity that has power over physiology to shape what they feel, think, say, and do. This entity enables the image of the beast to speak and live through people as they are groomed to the mark of the beast by what they are given to say and do. A false prophet does not warn people about the eternal consequences of living for this atheistic entity. False prophets cheat people out of the eternal reward that comes through Christ Jesus.

The following verse gives a description and warning against today’s false prophets, “Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.” Colossians 2:18-19 Click here for a post on victory in the wet and boggy mire of the streets.

“But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:8

This verse explains what the true prophets of God preach and teach, “Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Love goes cold as lawlessness abounds. “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” Matthew 24:12-13

Lawlessness abounds in this world today, and people who want to show the love of God through Jesus Christ are ridiculed, accosted, made an outcast of society, etc. Because of the painful consequences of being a person filled with God’s love, the love of many has grown cold. The Gospel of Jesus Christ, the testimony of God’s love for us, is being taken out of this world. Click here for a post on the extinction of Christianity from revelation 12.

Lawlessness and anti-social behavior flourish as people are no longer guided by human conscience permeated by the Holy Spirit. Love grows cold. There are so many false prophets in the world that people do not even know whether there is a Holy Spirit, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit.” Acts 19:2

Today, the conscience has been replaced by the entity that gives people what to feel, do, think, and say. This entity enlivens the image of the beast to live and speak through people and by what they say and do they oppose the fruit of the Spirit. Traits of psychopathy abound in various degrees. The masses of the global culture exalt their version of humanistic and artificial love above the spiritual love of God. They feel no guilt, remorse, regret, or shame as they express their hostility towards the love, empathy, sympathy, and compassion of Jesus Christ. The notion of seeking forgiveness and admitting their need for Jesus Christ, who forgives sin, is abhorrent to them. They see the Holy Spirit, the source of God’s love, as someone to oppress, exploit, manipulate, and kill.

Within the global culture, love has been scared away, accosted, and shunned. Empathy, sympathy, and all variations of love have dried up, in the same way as loving tears of joy and sorrow has dried up. The human spirit is being hardened to build a wall against receiving the love of God through Jesus Christ. In that hardness of the spirit and soul the entity giving people what to feel, think, say, and do is given life. Even as followers of Jesus Christ, we realize that we need to be on guard in a world whose existence depends on trampling down the Spirit of God’s love, “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.” Matthew 7:6

The Gospel of Jesus Christ, which reveals God’s love, is being trampled and torn to pieces by lawlessness and anti-social behavior. The source of God’s love is the Holy Spirit, who holds back lawlessness in this world. When the Holy Spirit is taken away, lawlessness appears. “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed,” 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8a. The faithful few followers of Jesus Christ will be saved, who keeps the oil of the Holy Spirit in our spirit and soul. The lawlessness of this world will be destroyed at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, “…whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” 2 Thessalonians 8b. End comes after the Gospel is preached around the world. “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” Matthew 24:14

Knowing that the Gospel of Christ has been preached to all the world, we want everyone to be prepared for the return of Jesus Christ. In this world’s spiritual desert, we resemble John the Baptist, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness: ‘Prepare the way of the Lord; Make His paths straight.’” Mark 1:3 God’s love for the world is expressed in the Gospel of Jesus Christ but the global culture has lost touch with God’s love. We are living in the end times.

The Gospel of our Lord Jesus has been heard worldwide in the span of time from when Jesus lived on this earth until around the 1940s. Since the United Nations was established immediately after WW2, the existence of the Gospel of Christ has taken a steep nosedive around the world. The United Nations brought with it the global government of the beast as described in Daniel 8. After the falling way from the testimony of Jesus Christ, His return is at the door, “Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,2 Thessalonians 2:3 Click here for a post on the great falling away and the “man of sin” the “son of perdition”.

The beginning of the end of this world’s system is noted by the abomination of desolation sitting in the Holy place. An abomination is an intense hatred, and the desolation is to make completely barren or void. Today, there is an intense hatred for the Holy place and is making that place desolate and barren. The Holy place is our body as the temple of God, “Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” 1 Corinthians 3:16 The entity who has an intense hatred and wants to make that Holy place desolate of the Holy Spirit is the one “…who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” 2 Thessalonians 2:4 He sits as God within people by the entity giving people their thoughts, feelings, words, and behaviors. “….to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets,
‘I will not impose any other burden on you, except to hold on to what you have until I come.’”
I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”

  1. I witness the coldness from others often. I, too, would have turned cold if my trust in God’s almighty love didn’t allow me to rise above the temptation. People grow cold in response to the lies and deception of trusted “friends”, colleagues, or really anyone whom they thought they could trust (with their lives) and end of getting “burned”. Then these jilted ones turn cold out of anger, self-preservation, or as a defense against their plotters, as well as against everyone else. It’s a vicious cycle.

Without Jesus in our lives, everyone’s heart would turn into stone. But those who know the torture Jesus went through for each one of us on the cross, and the daily grief we bring to The Holy Spirit understand that as Christ forgives us, we too can (and must) forgive others. Only through The Lord, are we able to do this- and sometimes it’s still a temptation to harden ourselves. But The Holy Spirit reminds us of God’s TRUTH.

    1. We have a lot in common through Jesus Christ.

I’ve come to learn that unless a friendship is rooted in Christ then it is best to walk away from it. That includes relationships with my brothers and sisters as well. I figure if people can live for the Gospel of Jesus, then they are people I can trust and get along with. It’s much better to be around people who allow Christ to live in them than to be among those who reject Him.

My sister refuses to even allow the name Jesus to leave her mouth, and that is the extent of our relationship. We rarely talk at all. My brother will talk about Jesus but not really have Him in his heart and spirit, that is the extent of our relationship. We will talk but we are not close at all. Other relationships in the world are pretty much non-existent because they are so hostile to anything Christian.

I am drawn to people who in their spirit are saying, “It is no longer I who lives but Christ who lives in me.” As love grows cold, those words from the heart are rare.

  2. I agree with what you explain in your first paragraph. And the fruit of the Christian will convey if friends are truly Christ-oriented or simply spreading false words inferring their “Christianity”. Still, we can pray for those who reject Jesus (from afar). We can love, forgive, and pray for others without allowing their influence to close in on our lives.

    1. I refuse to let myself become hard and bitter, that’s why I keep many people at a distance. They are like a refrigerator, or a bad snowstorm, the closer they get to me the colder I feel myself become. They are skilled at getting under the skin and on the nerves. Of course, I’m always open to any warmer conversation and fellowship they want to have. If they can be respectful to Christians, Christ within us, then my door is always open to a fuller relationship. After all, Jesus is the door of the sheep, and He wouldn’t open His door to predatory wolves.
