Prayer is on the Extinction List?

My prayers have two qualities that puts them on the extinction list in the eye of this world; number one they show my humanness and number two they show that Jesus is still a part of who I am. In my humanness I still feel concern for others and in the Spirit of Christ I want good results for them. Nowadays, humanness seems to be an unwanted trait and so are the things of Christ. That definitely puts prayer on the extinction list in the eyes of this world. Also, the human robots seem to know what my secret prayers are, and they openly make references to them with some form of mockery. But I also know that God has bowls full of the prayers of the children of God, and He has already prepared a response to those prayers. “Each one had a harp, and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.” Revelation 5:8b

I do best when I express my prayers in the form of wishes. “I wish” this or that would happen or “I wish” it would turn out this way etc. If I do the traditional head bowing, with the “Dear Heavenly Father” opening and the “Amen” closing it doesn’t feel like my prayers are leaving the space between my ears. The important thing is that I still cling to the best of human qualities while acknowledging Jesus. Four prayers are already answered, 1) Jesus Christ has come to bring Salvation 2) God will bring judgment to the earth. 3) Eternal life has been given to us. 4) That His Kingdom will come soon, and His will be done on earth, like it is in heaven. I believe that all of those prayers have already been answered, and already have received those things. “Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark11:24

I’m going to keep my prayers in alignment with what I believe I have received. There is still a whole lot of praying left to do. The Bible is full of prayers especially in the book of Psalms.
