Exhalations wash the body of carbon dioxide, a waste product. The normal rate of respirations are 12-20 per minute, for an adult, anything lower or higher can be detrimental to our living. The divinity of the soul is the respirator enabling us to inhale the fruit of life, and exhale detrimental waste within us. In every spiritual inhalation, we breathe life, goodness, and fruitfulness to oxygenate our inmost being. Exhalations expel the inner crud that destroys living, corrodes goodness, and desolates fruitage. If our connection to the respirator of the soul is weak, our intake of divine qualities will be too slow and inefficient. With little result, we feebly exhale the unfruitful pollution that exists in us. Similarly, when our link to the source of divine respirations is loose, our breathing might be too rapid. We will frantically make an effort to breathe in the qualities of the deity, which we need to exist from day to day. Simultaneously, there is anxiety as we hysterically attempt to dispel the pollution of the soul.
The spiritual fruit are what we inhale through the divine respirator of the soul. A heavenly respiration smoothly and quietly breathes fruitage to oxygenate the inner being with peace, meekness, and gentleness. They try ardently to breathe life into their health, but their inner being has become hardened, or resistant, to absorb moist and soft fruitage. Their resistance to goodwill, gentleness, and self-control destroys the welfare of their inner being. Corresponding to the inability to inhale compassion for their own welfare, they agonize to exhale the body of detrimental waste products. They retain attitudes of hatefulness, pessimism, sadness, and despair.

An optimal respiration is smooth and quiet when inhaling the fruit of peace, meekness, and gentleness. That fruitfulness oxygenates our inner being to guide into a place of protection, shelter, and stability. The spiritual exhalations expel the waste products of hatred, cruelty, and ill intentions that incite harmful and violent behaviors.

At the same time, frantic and laborious efforts are put forth to exhale the inner attitudes that incite further hostilities.

An optimal respiration is smooth and quiet when inhaling an influx of kindness, goodwill, and love within our acceptance, belonging, and sensual intimacy. Through our exhalations, we expel the waste of intolerance, hatred, cruelty, and ill will.
Our spiritual respirations may be too slow and weak to inhale an adequate amount of fruitage within our social interactions. We are not taking in enough gentleness, joy, kindness, and patience to embrace others with a nourishing welcome. Simultaneously, exhalations are too shallow in the effort to wash our inner being of pessimism, harshness, unkindness, and impatience when socializing.
Our spiritual respirations may be too fast to allow an inviting welcome to others. The inhalations are vigorous, strenuous, and frantic when attempting to breathe life into our need to be congenial. At the same moment, arduous exhalations labor vigorously to expel the social waste of intolerance, bigotry, argumentativeness that lodges within.
Our spiritual respirations include an inhalation and an exhalation when breathing life into our sense of worth. An optimal respiration is smooth and quiet when inhaling divine qualities into our esteem. We feel loved inwardly, optimism about whom we are, peace in our humility, and are consistent in doing well. Simultaneously, exhalations cleanse the soul of the effects of ridicule, rejection, and degradation.
Slow spiritual respirations are too weak and frail to breathe life into our sense of worth. That is when we feel inadequate, unrecognized, and not worthy to experience joy, faith, and goodness within our esteem. Concurrently, exhalations are too feeble to banish the tarnish from the inner being. There infections are that of depression, hate, and the longing to quit.
Rapid spiritual respirations exert a tremendous effort to breathe life into their self-worth, or dignity. They try hysterically to bring an influx of fruitfulness into their esteem. They crave the honor of being cherishable and praiseworthy by those they feel are essential to their good standing. However, the laborious and hard exhalations do not allow the waste of their dilapidation to wash from their soul.
Our spiritual respirations include an inhalation and exhalation when breathing life into self-expression. An optimal respiration is smooth and quiet when inhaling spiritual fruit into the attitude of our words and actions. We inhale compassion, serenity, optimism, and consistency to oxygenate one another with edifying communication. In our exhalations, the cleansing of the soul washes away the “carbon dioxide” of unfruitfulness in what we say and do.
A slow and shallow spiritual respiration is inadequate to breathe fruitage into the manner by which we express our words and deeds. They try with laborious and frantic inhalations to acquire the attitude of love, peace, faith, and self-control in what they say and do. At the same time, as arduous as their exhalations are, they cannot push out arrogance, evilness, impatience, and ill intent. That waste lodges within the communication of their soul.

The attitudes that exit those reservoirs are to experience a respiration before speaking a word or doing a deed. Before communicating, they inhale the fruitage of love, peace, faith, and self-control, while exhaling hatefulness, conflict, hopelessness, and impulsiveness. Those attitudes transfer directly through people who experience the breath of life and feel the oxygenation of goodness and fruitfulness. Indirectly, they transfer through people who have seen the cleansing of inner unfruitfulness by infilling with the spirit of life, goodness, and spiritual blossoms.
We welcome the entering of the divine respirator into us through our sense of self-worth. We want to inhale goodness in our esteem, and exhale negativism from our ego. That makes us feel worthy to belong in a place where harmonious inhalations welcome others with loving acceptance and tolerance. Similarly, the social exhalations rid the fellowship of hate, intolerance, and unkindness.
The people likely to host the respirations of the deity are those seeing the consequences of inhaling unfruitfulness, and exhaling the spiritual fruit. They welcome the breath of life feeding our inner being with comfort, and removing the waste of inward agitation. The cycle beginning with believers of the divine respirator continues through the moist softness of our soul.
We can assess that the divine goodness within us is the respirator of the soul. The diagnosis is there are inhalations of spiritual fruit, and exhalations of unfruitfulness. We plan to inhale by the breath of life, and exhale waste of inner detriment. The implementation of the plan is to let softness, moistness, and tenderness flow into us, and expel hard, dry, and harsh attitudes. The evaluation comes by examining the blossoms of spirit’s fruit in us, and seeing wasteful attitudes dissipate. When love, peace, faith, and perseverance oxygenate our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we are breathing through spiritual respirations.
